FAQs for Event Organizers

What are your booth fee or revenue sharing requirements?

We are flexible and have experience with various financial arrangements, including flat vendor fees, revenue sharing percentages, and hybrid models. We are happy to discuss the structure that works best for your event.

Are you fully licensed and insured for large public events?

Yes. We carry comprehensive general liability, auto, and worker’s compensation insurance, and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your organization and the municipality as additionally insured. We hold all necessary city and state food service licenses.

What are your power and space requirements?

Our truck is fully self-contained with its own quiet generator and water tanks, requiring no external power or water hookups. We typically require a flat, accessible space of about 30×15 feet.

How do you optimize your menu for speed?

For large festivals, we feature a streamlined “greatest hits” menu. This allows us to prep ingredients efficiently, assemble sandwiches quickly, and maximize throughput to serve the most guests possible per hour, keeping lines short and customers happy.
