Thank you for reaching out to us about booking one of our trucks for your event.

Please find below the primary options we offer.

• Two-hour truck service with a set menu offering four delicious sandwiches, fries, desserts, and drinks; there is a $1,250.00 minimum required. Available Monday – Friday only.
• Three-hour truck service with a set menu offering four delicious sandwiches fries, desserts, and drinks; there is a $1,500 minimum required. Not available on Saturdays.
• Catering Style – This is for a set amount of people to be served off the truck with a set menu for a set price per person. This option requires payment at time of booking.

  To book one of our trucks, an agreement must be signed, and a 50% deposit must be paid before the truck is considered booked. NO, we CANNOT hold the date for any reason, so please do not ask. The only way to secure the date is to sign the agreement and pay the deposit.

  There are two types of service.

• Single Payor – This is when one person pays for all food and beverage.
  – With this option a 50% deposit is required at time of booking via a credit card or ACH payment. The payment method is kept in file until the event is over and all balances have been paid.
  – On the day of the event, we will run a tab for the event, and at the end of the event, the balance must be paid in full before the truck leaves.
• Multiple Payers – This is when each individual ordering food and beverage pays for their own order.
  – With this option the minimum is required to be secured with a credit card, a preauthorization is run on the card, but nothing is charged to the card, unless a
  preauthorization cannot be obtained.
  – If the minimum is reached no further action is required, if it is not reached the difference between what was sold, and the minimum will be charged to the card on file.
• All our trucks are self-contained and do not need to hook up to anything to operate.
• We will arrive thirty-minutes prior to the agreed upon service time to prepare for service unless other arrangements were made in writing prior to the event.
• Paper serving containers or plates, bags, eating utensils and condiments are included unless noted in agreement.
• If more time is required than one of our options offered you can book additional time at $250.00 per hour.
• In some cases, there are additional fees for travel, but they will be quoted at time of agreement.
