My name is Amanda and I am the Administrative Coordinator here at Village Hall. It is hard to believe, but we are looking at planning our annual Celebrate the Season celebration! This year, it will take place on Saturday, December 3rd in downtown Lisle.
In this post-pandemic world, we are looking to bring back food and drink vendors for the celebration! I believe your company has participated before at our event – selling food downtown before / during / after the parade and tree lighting. We used to work with Brendan, but his e-mail was returned to us.
If you are interested in participating this year, I’d love to speak with you to set that up! I hope to speak soon.

| Event Host Pays For Full Event | Good morning! I am interested in having your food truck back onsite for an event Wednesday, June 19th from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. I will pay for the event (via company card). I went to book the truck for 3hrs but the cost went from the $1500 ($750 deposit) to $3000 with $1500 deposit. I just want to make sure I am doing it correctly!

| Individual People Pay Themselves | Good Morning! I purchased and expensed lunch yesterday (5/25) from your Toasty Cheese truck and did not receive the receipt as of 10:20 am this morning. The food was purchased around 11:15 am and included a Great Dane/South of the Border with no chicken, cheese curds, and two drinks and was somewhere in the 40.00 range. Can you please email me a copy of the recipt so that I can expense it? Thanks!
