I am reaching out from Deer Park Crossing Apartments in Deer Park, IL. We are looking for start booking food trucks on a semi-regular basis for our residents who have expressed great interest in a weekend food truck – at their own expense. This would not be covered by the property. We have 236 units and over 500 residents. Is this something we can set up with you sometime soon?
Date and time is flexible - I just entered a roundabout date!

| Individual People Pay Themselves | My name is Emily Driessen and I am a teacher at South Elgin High School. We have an event on Friday, August 19th from 3:30-8:30 called Taste Under the Lights. This event showcases all of our fall sports, band, etc. where we have over 4,000 people in and out throughout the night. Would your company be interested in having a spot at this event? We do get multiple food trucks but that are all different so you are not competing with anyone that sells your type of food.

| Individual People Pay Themselves | I am reaching out to discuss the possibility of having your food truck on site in our new (privately owned, open to the public) park – The Green at 320 – on some upcoming dates we have available.
We have extensive programming (live music, games, food trucks, fitness, farmers markets, etc.) and promotion planned for all Summer long and into the Fall (maybe Winter!), pulling from and marketing to tenants from not just our own building but all local office and residential buildings. The truck can pull in and park directly on our private breezeway in front of the park.
We are looking for service from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM and will have accompanying live music from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM each date to draw people down into the Park for lunch.

| Individual People Pay Themselves | Wondering if you are available and would be willing to come to a big girls' softball tournament in Palatine (Stingray Showdown). The tournament is July 14-17. Looking at Saturday, July 16th. Games run from about 9am-6pm on Saturday. We are expecting 50 teams and families playing at mainly two different parks.

On July 7th Central DuPage Hospital will be hosting an employee picnic at the hospital! We are hoping you would be interested in coming down to help feed our first responders/essential workers. The event is not sponsored by the hospital so staff would pay themselves. The event will be a fun one so we estimating a large group of people coming down to enjoy some fun and food.
