We will be promoting on social media and inviting press to the event. Hoping for the mayor of Mount prospect to do a ribbon cutting, there will be a dj, prizes and kids entertainment . We have over 2,000 people attend over the course of 6 hours (4 - 10pm) and we would love to have your truck available! Food, drinks, kids entertainment, are also there. We will have about 6 - 8 food vendors that day. Thanks in advance!

| Individual People Pay Themselves | This is an outdoor welcome back event for Cloverdale Elementary Families. Cloverdale has a student enrollment of about 500 but realistically I think expected attendance would be 150-200. There will be tables for parents to sign up for different volunteer opportunities at the school and the PTA will be selling shaved ice.
