My name is Vinnie Hughes and I am the Recreation Specialist for the Village of Shorewood. I am reaching out to let you know that we are trying something new this year for our Party in the Park series where we would like to have a different food truck for entrée items each week. We will fill dates first come, first served.
Party in the Park is a 9 week movie and concert series hosted at Towne Center Park [1 Towne Center Blvd] in Shorewood where we feature either a movie or a band each week. This long standing event series brings out crowds of 500-1000 on average. The fee for one night will be $50

My name is Kasia, and I am the gallery manager at The Empty Corner. We are a creative event space and art gallery that aims to expand the arts and humanities in the Northwest suburbs. We are located in downtown Arlington Heights.
We were hoping to gather more information on your business, and how to hire you for an evening event. We will be having an exhibition opening on April 27th from 6-9 pm, and would love to have your truck stationed in our parking lot for this event. Your menu looks absolutely delicious!

| Individual People Pay Themselves | The Gorton Center is hosting a Food Truck Fest on Saturday, Sept 16, 2023 from 5pm - 8pm. The band, Seventh Heaven will be performing and they tend to draw large crowds. We will have approximately six food vendors and would like to have Toasty Cheese!!!

Would you be interested in sponsoring the event (i.e. $1 back to Safe Families for every food sale made, flat $250 donation, etc.) and for the food truck logo to be on the back of the runners' shirts? Guest count subject to change closer to the event, expected attendance is between 350-500 people.

We are wondering if you'd be interested in bringing your food to our Artisan Market at Rosewood Farm in Sugar Grove on June 25th from 10am to 2pm. This would be vending, but you would be the only food vendor. Our market is a family friendly experience with over 30 vendors, kids activities, live music and more. This is our second year as last year we had a huge turnout. Please let me know if you have any questions or are interested.

My company is producing an event for New Kids on the Block called BlockCon - https://blockcon2023.com/
This is a fan event where we will have 3,000 attendees in Rosemont, IL. I would like to discuss having your food truck be part of our event on Saturday May 27th - attendees' lunch break is 1PM - 2:30PM. We are looking to have 8-10 food trucks for this time so of course you don't have to fulfill all 3,000 attendees.
