| Individual People Pay Themselves | Hello Toasty Cheese Food Truck, My name is Alice Benemerito and I am working with the John Jay Elementary PTO (Parent Teacher Organization). We partner with local businesses to share your business with our school & family community while fundraising. The PTO uses the funds raised to provide supplies and support to our school. We wanted to reach out and ask if the Toasty Cheese Food Truck would be interested in a joint effort Dine & Share. You would come to our school on Friday 8/4/23 from 11am-1:30pm where our school will host a Back to School Community Event. We would advertise that your Toasty Cheese Food Truck will be there and share you with our community, you would provide food and drinks to sell, and share a % of sales with the John Jay Elementary School PTO. The event will take place on Sunday, October 19th, from 2:00–6:00 PM, and we are interested in having a food truck at the event. We are expecting around 100–120 attendees (families with children) and would love to know what menu options you could provide for this size group. Each guest would be paying on their own. We are hosting Food Truck Friday on July 22, 2022 and would like to invite you to be featured. This family event should bring out anywhere from 500-700 people. | Event Host Pays For Full Event | Hello, I'm chairing Teacher Appreciation Week at Homestead Elementary, and I was threatened with bodily harm and firing if I didn't try and get the Toasty Cheese truck to come back for lunch for the staff that week. I know you catered lunch the the staff in December, so it would be very similar to that lunch. I will have a confirmation of the date hopefully today, but it should be Wednesday May 7 or Thursday the 8th. Let me know what I need to do to set this up. I'm available by phone after 4:30.
