Taste of Polonia is the largest and oldest Polish festival in the US, serving over 50,000 patrons from across the Chicagoland area every Labor Day Weekend since 1980. I was wondering if you were available, and what the cost would be? We're ideally looking for something where everyone pays on their own, is that something you could do? Last year there were around 75 people throughout the event, I'd have a better number for this year as we got closer to the event. Is there a minimum and sample menu/pricing you could share?
