| Individual People Pay Themselves | Hello, I’m reaching out about being doubled charged for an order last Friday. My initial charge was for $28.09 (food plus tip), but when I went to get my food after a couple of minutes the worker said there was an issue with my initial payment so he charged me for $23.41 (just the food I’m guessing). Both charges seem to have been processed though, so I’d like a refund for the $23.41 if possible. I can also request it through my credit card company but they recommend reaching out to the vendor first. |
