Hello!

Grecian Delight Kronos is celebrating their 50th anniversary this year and we are looking to have a celebration at one of our facilities and we are interested in using your food trucks (grilled cheese and bbq) for our event. Our event is August 28th from 11am-2pm. If you can please let us know your pricing for this and menu options for both. Along with any other details about catering options. For example, if we were to have a fixed menu and have everyone order what they would like, etc.

Hello!

I am curious if you would participate in a food truck rally for our Back to School Family Fall Fest, hosted by the PTO. Since we are a non profit organization, we do not have money to put down on a reservation, but we will have a few hundred attendees and only a handful of trucks. Please let me know if there is something we can work out.

Thank!

Hello!

I oversee the Student Council at William Fremd High School. We have had a last-minute request from the students to have food trucks at our lunch periods on Wednesday, September 27th, from 10 am - 2 pm (2600 people at the school and planning on approximately 1000 to attend) and at our Homecoming Dance on Saturday, September 30th, from 7-10 pm (expecting around 1600 students in attendance at an outdoor dance).

We were hoping you might be interested and willing to attend. Our theme is "The Tiki Oasis" and we are trying to raise money to contribute to the Food Pantry for the Victims of the Maui fire.

If you think you can help us out, we would love to have you. Please call or email me ASAP with any information that may be of help. (847) 338-7232. TYIA!!

Thanks,
Karisa

Hello!

My name is Alexander and I work as the Assistant Grocery Manager at the Bloomingdale Woodmans
(1 Stratford Dr, Bloomingdale, IL 60108)
and we will be throwing a big celebration for our 3rd year anniversary of being open on August 10th.

We have several companies and multiple brands joining in the fun to offer samples to our customers and pass out business cards to help grow their brand.

We've also been encouraged to reach out to food trucks and food vendors to see if they would also like to be apart of the event.
I was hoping you might be interested in setting up your food truck in our parking lot on that Saturday August 10th and also be apart of the community celebration.

I think this could be a really fun opportunity for your brand and also for our customers to try your amazing food!

If you're interested, please give the store a call at (847) 641-5656 and ask to speak with our store manager regarding food truck availability for our 3 Year Anniversary event. He'll be available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 9am-5pm

Hope to see you then!
-Alexander

Hello!

My name is Mila and I work for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital Foundation.

I am interested in booking a food truck for an event on Sunday, June 12. The event is called Move For Kids, which raises money for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital. The event includes a 5k walk and a Kid’s Dash, followed by a post-party celebration shortly afterwards. At this celebration, we are looking for a number of food truck vendors for our guests and participants. We would need your services beginning at 12:00 and ending at 2:00. The location of the event is 1410 S Museum Campus Drive, Chicago, IL 60605 (Soldier Field).

Since Lurie Children’s is a nonprofit, I can attach a W-9 form for tax-exempt purposes later. If you are available for this event, that would be great! The estimated number of total guests is around 2000-2500, but we are looking for multiple different food truck vendors, so in reality, the estimated number of people served would be around ~350-500. Also, customers will pay for the event. We would love if you would donate your time since customers are paying.

Please let me know if you are available and if you have any questions or concerns! You can reach me at this email ([email protected]) or my cell (216-408-3632).

Thanks!

Let me know if interested and we can talk details.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hello!
I work for Golden State Foods and we will be partnering with Ronald McDonald House Charities for their annual Kicking for the House charity soccer tournament. We will be covering the cost of food for the event and we're interested in having a Toasty Cheese truck! We're anticipating about 300 total guests from 5-8pm and would like for everyone to be able to get something on us. It looks like the minimum for 3 hours is $1500 with anything over that being paid after the event. Is there a specific menu that we have to select or will guests have access to the whole menu? Are there any other callouts we should know for an event this size? We'll take any recommendations!

Thanks!

Kelsey Morris

Hello!
We were wondering if Toasty Cheese was available on Friday, May 20. Our school district wanted to celebrate our 8th-graders by hosting a special lunch with food trucks. Is there a certain minimum time/order/money necessary for booking? We have roughly about an hour to serve students, so would there also be a limit of how many people could be served in that time frame?
Thank you so much!
-Alexis
