My name is Kasia, and I am the gallery manager at The Empty Corner. We are a creative event space and art gallery that aims to expand the arts and humanities in the Northwest suburbs. We are located in downtown Arlington Heights.

Q101 will be on grounds as well as they are partnering with The Forge, by bringing out The Revivalists on June 16th. We're expecting this to be one of our biggest event of the season, as its a great band and a free show! 5k have RSVP'd- however Q101 will cap the event around 3k. My name is Melanie and I am the president of Best Buddies Club at Huntley High School. We are a club that stands for spreading inclusion. Every month we pair up with students with intellectual and developmental disabilities for fun social events to get them more involved and included in the community.
In October, we host our biggest event and fundraiser- Spooky Buddies! It is a trunk-or-treat-style event that gets the whole high school involved. It is open to the community and we always have a great turnout. This year will be our third annual event, so we are expecting a lot of people to come.
We would love to have the Toasty Cheese food truck come for this year's Spooky Buddies on Tuesday, October 25th from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Huntley High School! You would be able to park alongside our trunk or treat cars and serve your food. You are welcome to keep all profits you make at the event, but Best Buddies Club will also accept any donations you are willing to make. All proceeds support the club directly and help us spread disability awareness and inclusion.
I would love to see you at our event on Tuesday, October 25th at 5:00 pm! Please let me know if you are interested in coming!

I am on the board for the Homestead Elementary School PTA and as a teacher appreciation holiday lunch, we wanted to try having toasty cheese come with the food truck and provide lunch for our teachers and staff. We thought a food truck would be perfect because all grades have different lunch times and this way, everyone can have a hot, fresh lunch of their choosing. Our first lunch begins at 11:15 AM and our last lunch ends at 1:40 PM. Slightly over 2 hours, but likely most everyone would have been served in the 2 hour slot. Are you available on December 11 during this time?

It will be a primarily invite-only selection of popular food vendors in the tri-state area, mixed with live music, a BBQ and Beer Garden, and a Kid Chef area. This is the 1st year for this event, but the area is pumped up and ready for this--we are in Starved Rock Country, so we have lots of tourism on weekends. We are having a Lunch & Learn event for our staff from 1-2pm, and our Vendor Representative will be paying for the Food Truck via credit card. I'm not sure how much set-up time you will need, but I would like to have our staff start putting their orders in at 12:30 so they can have their food before the presentation starts.
