2. Wednesday, September 27th
3. Thursday, October 19th
4. Thursday, November 16th

Please let me know if this is something you all would be interested in participating in.

Thanks!

Hello!
I work for Golden State Foods and we will be partnering with Ronald McDonald House Charities for their annual Kicking for the House charity soccer tournament. We will be covering the cost of food for the event and we're interested in having a Toasty Cheese truck! We're anticipating about 300 total guests from 5-8pm and would like for everyone to be able to get something on us. It looks like the minimum for 3 hours is $1500 with anything over that being paid after the event. Is there a specific menu that we have to select or will guests have access to the whole menu? Are there any other callouts we should know for an event this size? We'll take any recommendations!

Thanks!

Kelsey Morris

Hello!
We were wondering if Toasty Cheese was available on Friday, May 20. Our school district wanted to celebrate our 8th-graders by hosting a special lunch with food trucks. Is there a certain minimum time/order/money necessary for booking? We have roughly about an hour to serve students, so would there also be a limit of how many people could be served in that time frame?
Thank you so much!
-Alexis

Hello!

I am the Prairie Grove Junior High FACS (Family and Consumer Sciences) teacher. We are located just East of Crystal Lake on Hwy 176. Every trimester we do the "Food Truck Project" where my eighth graders "build" a food truck business from scratch.

Each trimester I reach out to different Food Trucks to see if they are able to show my students how they work; Let them know your story, tour your truck/trailer, and have a sample of what you are known for!

Are you available for an interactive presentation with my class within the next few weeks, before the end of February? (Class time is 11:41 - 12:26 and I have 25 students).

Please let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to hearing from you!

Thank you,

Stephanie Ogden

Hello!
My name is Melanie and I am the president of Best Buddies Club at Huntley High School. We are a club that stands for spreading inclusion. Every month we pair up with students with intellectual and developmental disabilities for fun social events to get them more involved and included in the community.

In October, we host our biggest event and fundraiser- Spooky Buddies! It is a trunk-or-treat-style event that gets the whole high school involved. It is open to the community and we always have a great turnout. This year will be our third annual event, so we are expecting a lot of people to come.

We would love to have the Toasty Cheese food truck come for this year's Spooky Buddies on Tuesday, October 25th from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Huntley High School! You would be able to park alongside our trunk or treat cars and serve your food. You are welcome to keep all profits you make at the event, but Best Buddies Club will also accept any donations you are willing to make. All proceeds support the club directly and help us spread disability awareness and inclusion.

I would love to see you at our event on Tuesday, October 25th at 5:00 pm! Please let me know if you are interested in coming!

Thank you for your time and consideration!
Sincerely,
Melanie Gyorke

Hello! I am a teacher and student council advisor at St. Charles North High School. I am looking for a food truck that would be interested in working one of our most highly attended senior events- the senior movie night, on May 13th. The event runs from 7:30-10. I am hoping to find a food truck that would be interested in also working with us as a fundraising opportunity. I am the freshmen class advisor and we are already starting to fundraise for when we host prom in two years (when my kids will be juniors). Please let me know if this is an option or even if you would be interested. You can email me back or call me at 331-228-2189. Thanks!
