Hello!

My name is Caitlin Kramer, and I am the Chairperson for Fremont School’s Back to School Event on behalf of our PTO!

We’re hosting a fun-filled Back-to-School Event for our school community, and we’re looking to have 4-5 food trucks to have at our event in addition to some different dessert options!

Our event takes place on Friday, August 22, from 5:30–7:30 PM.

It’s a great opportunity to connect with the community, get in front of many families, and be a part of a memorable evening for our school district!

The event will be held outside at Fremont Intermediate School in Mundelein, IL.

We would love to have you join us and be part of this wonderful annual tradition.

If you’re interested or would like more details, please feel free to contact me at [email protected] or 847-401-7105.

Thank you so much for your time and consideration — we look forward to the possibility of working with you!

Warm regards,

Caitlin Kramer

Hello!

My name is Mila and I work for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital Foundation.

I am interested in booking a food truck for an event on Sunday, June 12. The event is called Move For Kids, which raises money for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital. The event includes a 5k walk and a Kid’s Dash, followed by a post-party celebration shortly afterwards. At this celebration, we are looking for a number of food truck vendors for our guests and participants. We would need your services beginning at 12:00 and ending at 2:00. The location of the event is 1410 S Museum Campus Drive, Chicago, IL 60605 (Soldier Field).

Since Lurie Children’s is a nonprofit, I can attach a W-9 form for tax-exempt purposes later. If you are available for this event, that would be great! The estimated number of total guests is around 2000-2500, but we are looking for multiple different food truck vendors, so in reality, the estimated number of people served would be around ~350-500. Also, customers will pay for the event. We would love if you would donate your time since customers are paying.

Please let me know if you are available and if you have any questions or concerns! You can reach me at this email ([email protected]) or my cell (216-408-3632).

Thanks!

The event is Sunday 9/1 and Monday 9/2 from 11am-6pm each day.

Let me know if interested and we can talk details.

Hello!

My name is Vinnie Hughes and I am the Recreation Specialist for the Village of Shorewood. I am reaching out to let you know that we are trying something new this year for our Party in the Park series where we would like to have a different food truck for entrée items each week. We will fill dates first come, first served.

Party in the Park is a 9 week movie and concert series hosted at Towne Center Park [1 Towne Center Blvd] in Shorewood where we feature either a movie or a band each week. This long standing event series brings out crowds of 500-1000 on average. The fee for one night will be $50

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hello!
I work for Golden State Foods and we will be partnering with Ronald McDonald House Charities for their annual Kicking for the House charity soccer tournament. We will be covering the cost of food for the event and we're interested in having a Toasty Cheese truck! We're anticipating about 300 total guests from 5-8pm and would like for everyone to be able to get something on us. It looks like the minimum for 3 hours is $1500 with anything over that being paid after the event. Is there a specific menu that we have to select or will guests have access to the whole menu? Are there any other callouts we should know for an event this size? We'll take any recommendations!

Thanks!

Hello!
We are planning for our team member appreciation week at Whole Foods Market in Vernon Hills. I am reaching out to local food trucks to see what will be the best option for our event. I was wondering how much it would cost to rent a truck from 1pm-4pm for one day. Our team member appreciation week will be 9/15-9/21 and we are flexible on which day we can book the truck.
Please email me or give me a call whenever you have a chance.
Thank you and I hope you have a great day,
Sarah

Hello!
We have our block party in August and are looking to book a food truck. We would cover any travel fees and our neighbors would cover their own meals. Do you have a minimum call out fee or any travel fees to Hinsdale?
Thanks!

Hello!
We were wondering if Toasty Cheese was available on Friday, May 20. Our school district wanted to celebrate our 8th-graders by hosting a special lunch with food trucks. Is there a certain minimum time/order/money necessary for booking? We have roughly about an hour to serve students, so would there also be a limit of how many people could be served in that time frame?
Thank you so much!
-Alexis

Hello!

I am the Prairie Grove Junior High FACS (Family and Consumer Sciences) teacher. We are located just East of Crystal Lake on Hwy 176. Every trimester we do the "Food Truck Project" where my eighth graders "build" a food truck business from scratch.

Each trimester I reach out to different Food Trucks to see if they are able to show my students how they work; Let them know your story, tour your truck/trailer, and have a sample of what you are known for!

Are you available for an interactive presentation with my class within the next few weeks, before the end of February? (Class time is 11:41 - 12:26 and I have 25 students).

Please let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to hearing from you!

Thank you,

Stephanie Ogden
