We are a craft bottle shop and taproom in Tinley Park and on Saturday, Dec. 21st we have an exclusive beer tapping and pictures with the grinch. (Pictures are from 2-3pm) We expect to have a very large turnout and with it being the weekend before Christmas, we will be busy no matter what. We thought your food menu would be a great compliment to our event. Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Individual People Pay Themselves | I am wondering if you do fundraisers? Children's Theatre of Elgin will be putting on the Diary of a Wimpy Kid in April. I don't think we can guarantee the $1200. Normally we have dine out nights for our families and receive 20% back of the sales. Does your company offer something like that? |

Individual People Pay Themselves | Good afternoon! I am reaching out to see if Toasty Cheese would be available to participate in our Springfest on Thursday, May 22 from 5PM-8PM. I believe Toasty Cheese has attended our Springfest in the past and we would love to have you again! We would like to do some type of fundraiser again. I believe last time we received $1 per sandwich sold. We will plan on having 2-3 dinner trucks (all different food) as well as 1-2 dessert trucks. This event invite is extended to all our Frederick School (5th and 6th grade) and Grayslake Middle School (7th and 8th) students (approximately 1200 students) as well as their families and the local community. If you can let me know if you are able to attend as soon as possible, that would be great! Thanks so much and look forward to hearing from you soon! |

Individual People Pay Themselves | We are having a fundraiser craft fair Spring Market. It runs from 9am to 2pm. We had 90 booths the last two times and we est about 300 shoppers. Our vendors and shoppers want a lunch, we only have PTO selling candy and water. We cannot pay anything, we are looking for a food truck to have here for shoppers and vendors to shop and buy their own lunch. There is also park district soccer all day in the fields. We invited our local taco truck from Streamwood, but they are not able to come since they are opening a new restaurant. We cannot guarantee a number or profit, but you get to keep all the money you make, we are not charging you. We are also looking for a dessert truck, but you would be the only food truck. Would this work with your style of work? |
