| Event Host Pays For Full Event | Hello! We are looking for a food truck to serve 200 meals per day to attendees over a 3-day event: August 6, 7, and 8, 2024. The serving time is just over an hour (12:15 to 1:30pm) so we are looking for efficient service. In terms of menu, we've served burgers, chicken tenders, and fries in the past, which were a hit. However, we are open to branching out from this if those offerings are not available. (Pizza and tacos will already be provided, so we are looking to diversify from those options.) We would also like options that can be modified to cater to Vegan and/or gluten-free guests if possible. Meals should also include a bottled drink - water or otherwise. As a college, we are tax-exempt and require certain documentation to bring outside vendors to service the college. I hope to hear back with a few menu options and prices, but please let me know if additional information is needed. Thank you! |
