We work with the Berwyn/Cicero communities, providing counseling, after-school programming, workforce cohorts and more for youth and their families. We're having a 50th Anniversary Celebration block party on July 27th from 3pm-9pm for the community and we are looking for another food truck to attend!

We're looking for a food truck for our seventh annual Naperville Pumpkin Race on October 28, 2023 from 12 to 4pm. Our event is located at Rotary Hill Park in downtown Naperville. I'm wondering if that date is available? If so, what would you require to attend our event? I saw on your website that you only offer a three-hour set menu service (4 sandwiches, fries, desserts, drinks) on Saturdays, and that you require a $2,000 minimum. I wanted to confirm this information and cost and ask about additional fees. I also saw that there's a $1,000 security deposit required to book that I assume we would get back.

| Event Host Pays For Full Event | My name is Jess Daniels and I am reaching out to various food trucks in the Chicago area regarding availability and general information for Dominican University's annual DU Fest. DU Fest will be on Sunday, August 28th from 3pm-6 pm on Dominican University’s main campus.
Would you be able to provide me additional information on small plate options your food truck could provide if our campus would want to utilize a ticket system for students to receive a smaller plate option from your truck? Generally, we try to pay for around 200-450 tickets per truck (around $3-$4.25 per person). We see around 700-800 students and are looking to have 5-7 trucks and order around $1000 worth of product from them. DU Fest is free for students, and we will pass out food tickers for the product we purchase from you. There will be no sales made at trucks.
Would you be able to provide some additional information for me to bring back to a committee to see if we would be interested in your food truck for DU Fest?

This event showcases all of our fall sports, band, etc. where we have over 4,000 people in and out throughout the night. Would your company be interested in having a spot at this event? We do get multiple food trucks but that are all different so you are not competing with anyone that sells your type of food.

We do an annual one day fest to raise money for our Local Fire Department (we call it Fireman's Fest). It is held at a small park in East Dundee. The event has typically been raffles, bingo, beer sales and we get local food vendors to provide food for the event. All proceeds go to the Fire Department.
I was hoping to create more value to it by having a kind of "Food Truck Fest for the Fire Department". Our draw has been free food, bingo, games, beer and raffles (while supplies last). I am inquiring about how much it will cost to get your food truck to the event. (also, the date is not set in stone yet but I am trying to get it set up for September 10th is its possible. Right now I am looking to see if there is any interest and pricing options)

On June 11, we are hosting our 11th annual Move for Kids, presented by Hub Group, taking place on Sunday, June 11, 2023. Move for Kids (MFK) includes a 3-mile walk, the Grant Thornton Kids Dash, and a post party with food, drinks, entertainment and activities for all participants. Revenue goes to Access for Every Child, supporting patient families facing financial challenges and delivering care in underserved neighborhoods so every child can have a healthier future.
MFK is our only completely free event, with the intention of being fully accessible to patients, families, and communities. The success of this day truly relies on donations and the work of generous volunteers.
The race will take place at Busse Woods Forest Preserve. The site will open at 9:30am, with the walk stepping off at 11:15am. We predict around 500 participants. Would your food truck be interested in coming to our event? Guests will purchase their own food, because we are a nonprofit however we are hoping there will be no minimum purchase number, or if there is it can be small.
If you are interested, we can discuss logistics, like numbers and the drop-off locations. Our participants, staff, and volunteers would greatly appreciate the support!
