My name is Alexis, and I help plan the promotional events for Town Square Wheaton. This year, we received a lot of interest in organizing a new festival with local food trucks and brews. We envision the event pertaining 5-7 food trucks, 5-7 beer companies, live music, etc. I’m assuming the date will be late summer/fall however, we don’t have a solidified date yet.

At this time, we are simply reaching out to local food truck companies to see if this is something you would be interested in and gather more information on your pricing and logistic requirements. If you have participated in public events in the past, we are open to suggestions as well!

My name is Paula and I'm in charge of my school's fun fair. We are having a fun fair on April 12th from 6-8pm. I'd like to see if you're available to come and park in our U-drive way with a few other trucks (3-5 max and that's including a dessert truck)? I'm not looking to rent your truck, but just give you some business. If you'd like to donate to our book vending machine collection, that would be great, if not, we totally understand, no worries!! My company is producing an event for New Kids on the Block called BlockCon - https://blockcon2023.com/

This is a fan event where we will have 3,000 attendees in Rosemont, IL. I would like to discuss having your food truck be part of our event on Saturday May 27th - attendees' lunch break is 1PM - 2:30PM. We are looking to have 8-10 food trucks for this time so of course you don't have to fulfill all 3,000 attendees.

Thanks so much for speaking with me earlier.

As discussed, we'd love to have you in our community on 7/22 for our members and surrounding neighborhoods to enjoy after the Crystal Lake Cardboard Cup regatta.

We actively promote the food trucks to our community via e blasts, online calendars and yard signs and the food trucks are a huge success each year. This will be the 4th year we have offered this and each year our crowds get bigger and bigger.

Hi We are trying to do a staff appreciation day at our Middle school. We would Basically need the sandwiches your offer just the regular fries and drinks. We were also wondering if by chance you had a Gluten free option. We could send out an order sheet to our staff prior to the event so you would have an idea of what everyone would be wanting. The staff has different lunch times they are 10:43 AM -11:13 AM, 11:36 AM - 12:06 AM, and last 12:29 PM - 12:59 PM. We would pay all at once with a card at the end of the event. The school would be paying for all of the teachers / Staff meals. If this is something you are willing and could do we would love it. If you have any more questions and are willing to host this event please let me know.

Hi ya'll!

I saw your food truck and think you'd be a great fit for a new marketplace happening at The Den Theatre in Wicker Park! We will run every Sunday 10am-3pm starting August 7 and have a few spots for food truck vendors. We also have indoor spaces for food vendors as well.
I'd love for you to be a part of one of our Sunday events this year!
