We are hosting a special event on the evening of October 26th at the Embassy Suites in Naperville to support our mission of advocating for the best interests of abused and neglected children in DuPage County.
To add a fun and memorable element to the night, we are hoping to provide our guests with a late-night snack from a local food truck. We would love to partner with [Food Truck Name] for this purpose. Your delicious offerings would be a perfect treat to keep the energy up as the evening progresses.

When we have food truck our teachers come out during their lunch hour and everyone pays individually. Please let me know! Our dates are actually flexible - I can do any day of the week just not a Friday.

Open to the public they can walk the harbor and see the boats along with take a free wooden boat ride. Food trucks will be in the parking lot for individual sales, free live music, two bars on-site for beverages for purchase & vendors along the harbor sidewalk!

| Individual People Pay Themselves | We have a minimum of 50 people coming for an outdoor music event on our property. We are looking for the requirements of having a food truck attend for a few hours. The event is from 6:00- 10:30 so the time is flexible. We do have a few people who are lactose intolerant and do not eat meat so one vegetarian option would be great even if it swapping out avocado for meat on an already existing menu item.

We thought the idea of a good truck would be great since we will have lots of people waiting for their tattoo... I'm not sure how this works, we aren't looking to buy anything, just figured it could be an opportunity for some good business.

We will be promoting on social media and inviting press to the event. Hoping for the mayor of Mount prospect to do a ribbon cutting, there will be a dj, prizes and kids entertainment . Event will be 12-6p

| Individual People Pay Themselves | This is for our Craft/customer appreciation week! You would come set up outside for about 3 hrs (3-6) and customers would come to you after their purchase. You can bring some fun items for customers and staff to try. There should be some people around that time as well because we have a bogo running from 3-6 and there is usually a good amount of traffic. Let us know! Thanks 🙂

| Individual People Pay Themselves | We are hosting a car show at our dealership, Rod Baker Ford, located near Rt 59 & 135th on Saturday 10/5/24 and would like to have the A.J. Kaps food truck out, and possibly the Toasty Taco truck as well, if both are available. We had the A.J. Kaps food truck last year at our car show.
Rod Baker Ford will be paying for all Rod Baker Ford employees which will roughly be 130 people, but everyone in attendance from the public will be paying out of pocket. Do you have a minimum amount required? We are happy to meet that if it's above what we'll be paying for our employees. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
