On June 11, we are hosting our 11th annual Move for Kids, presented by Hub Group, taking place on Sunday, June 11, 2023. Move for Kids (MFK) includes a 3-mile walk, the Grant Thornton Kids Dash, and a post party with food, drinks, entertainment and activities for all participants. Revenue goes to Access for Every Child, supporting patient families facing financial challenges and delivering care in underserved neighborhoods so every child can have a healthier future.
MFK is our only completely free event, with the intention of being fully accessible to patients, families, and communities. The success of this day truly relies on donations and the work of generous volunteers.
The race will take place at Busse Woods Forest Preserve. The site will open at 9:30am, with the walk stepping off at 11:15am. We predict around 500 participants. Would your food truck be interested in coming to our event? Guests will purchase their own food, because we are a nonprofit however we are hoping there will be no minimum purchase number, or if there is it can be small.
If you are interested, we can discuss logistics, like numbers and the drop-off locations. Our participants, staff, and volunteers would greatly appreciate the support!

This is our 25th annual event which will feature families with children grades k-9th in the surrounding area. This event has pet influencer meet and greets, brand activations, speaker sessions and more. We are currently looking for food trucks to be on site for paying attendees from 11-5pm both days.

I am managing a horse show at Beyond Stable Farm in Woodstock, IL. We would need a food truck Friday June 2 from about 11 am to 7 pm, Saturday June 3 from about 11 am to 5 pm and Sunday from about 11 am to 3 pm.
