We’d greatly appreciate your support for this event by attending to serve your
food to our guests.

Instagram pages
 Exposure/sales the day of the event from 500 Northwest side neighbors

I was looking to possibly reserve the food truck for Monday November 7. It is an inservice day and we thought that this would be nice for the staff. I was wondering what I would need to do to reserve the truck and how the menu/ordering works. I look forward to hearing from you.

The Village of New Lenox hosts Christmas in the Commons annually on Saturdays and Sundays in December leading up to Christmas. This festival includes an outstanding display of lights (including the largest lighted Santa Claus in the United States), a holiday market, visits with Santa, horse-drawn wagon rides, and much more. We always have 2-3 food trucks on site on each date of the event, and I'm looking for some new trucks who might be available/interested in joining us. We have the following dates available: December 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, and 18. The hours on each date run from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Trucks are welcome to select up to two dates. Please let me know if you are interested in participating!

Good morning:
My name is Amanda and I am the Administrative Coordinator here at Village Hall. It is hard to believe, but we are looking at planning our annual Celebrate the Season celebration! This year, it will take place on Saturday, December 3rd in downtown Lisle.

In this post-pandemic world, we are looking to bring back food and drink vendors for the celebration! I believe your company has participated before at our event – selling food downtown before / during / after the parade and tree lighting. We used to work with Brendan, but his e-mail was returned to us.

If you are interested in participating this year, I’d love to speak with you to set that up! I hope to speak soon.

Amanda

Hi there,

I’m with the City of Des Plaines and am planning our annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, Dec. 2 and our first ever Winter Fair in the Square on Saturday, Dec. 3. I’m interested in having food trucks at these events, and your menu looks awesome. If you are interested in participating and available for either or both of the events, we’d love to get the discussion started.

Friday, Dec. 2 is in the evening from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 3 is from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Metropolitan Square in downtown Des Plaines. On Friday night, we expect around 1,000 people and on Saturday we are expecting about 600 over the course of the day. With it being the first Winter Fair in the Square, it is difficult to estimate a number or how popular it would be, but we are hoping more will be in attendance! The event will have trolley tours, an indoor artisan market, live entertainment in the square, and food trucks will be parked around our plaza area.

Food trucks do need to provide their own power for this event and you will collect all sales directly. I'm happy to send over an application for your review, and please don’t hesitate to let me know of any questions! Appreciate your consideration and looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you,
Jill

Hello!
My name is Melanie and I am the president of Best Buddies Club at Huntley High School. We are a club that stands for spreading inclusion. Every month we pair up with students with intellectual and developmental disabilities for fun social events to get them more involved and included in the community.

In October, we host our biggest event and fundraiser- Spooky Buddies! It is a trunk-or-treat-style event that gets the whole high school involved. It is open to the community and we always have a great turnout. This year will be our third annual event, so we are expecting a lot of people to come.

We would love to have the Toasty Cheese food truck come for this year's Spooky Buddies on Tuesday, October 25th from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Huntley High School! You would be able to park alongside our trunk or treat cars and serve your food. You are welcome to keep all profits you make at the event, but Best Buddies Club will also accept any donations you are willing to make. All proceeds support the club directly and help us spread disability awareness and inclusion.

I would love to see you at our event on Tuesday, October 25th at 5:00 pm! Please let me know if you are interested in coming!

Thank you for your time and consideration!
Sincerely,
Melanie Gyorke
