| Event Host Pays For Full Event | Employee Appreciation Event on May 1st. We have a total of 440 employees spread across three shifts: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM- 175 employees, 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM- 175 employees, 10:30 PM - 11:30 PM- 90 employees. We would need the food truck for one hour/shift. I was thinking of offering 3 sandwiches for them to choose from: Classic, Great Dane, South of the Border and possibly drinks. | Event Host Pays For Full Event | My name is Jess Daniels and I am reaching out to various food trucks in the Chicago area regarding availability and general information for Dominican University's annual DU Fest. DU Fest will be on Sunday, August 28th from 3pm-6 pm on Dominican University’s main campus.
Would you be able to provide me additional information on small plate options your food truck could provide if our campus would want to utilize a ticket system for students to receive a smaller plate option from your truck? Generally, we try to pay for around 200-450 tickets per truck (around $3-$4.25 per person). We see around 700-800 students and are looking to have 5-7 trucks and order around $1000 worth of product from them. DU Fest is free for students, and we will pass out food tickers for the product we purchase from you. There will be no sales made at trucks.
Would you be able to provide some additional information for me to bring back to a committee to see if we would be interested in your food truck for DU Fest?
