I was hoping to have the truck on site and allow the kids to order off the full menu. Because it'll be a fundraising event, we just ask for a small percentage of total sales made from the families to be donated back to the school PTA. | Event Host Pays For Full Event | I am inquiring about how much this would cost as I need to discuss this with our financial director here at the church. This is our annual church picnic and the start of Sunday School/confirmation. It will be for two hours 11 am-1 pm right after church. We also have a bounce house, face painters, balloon artist, Kona Ice, Glowby the Bubbler, plus games and other activities including a DJ, etc.
