Individual People Pay Themselves

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out on behalf of Christian Heritage Academy, as we are in the process of planning our Homecoming event and are interested in having your food truck serve our guests.

The event is scheduled for Friday October 11, 2024, from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM, and we are expecting a crowd of approximately 500-600 people. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with a quote for your services during this time, including any available menu options and any specific requirements on your end.

If you have any questions or need additional details, please don't hesitate to contact me. We are eager to work with you and believe your food truck would be a great addition to our event.

Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. As a longtime supporter of our local community, your establishment has always been a shining example of corporate responsibility and philanthropy. We are reaching out to you today with a special request on behalf of the Illinois Spina Bifida Association.
The Illinois Spina Bifida Association is dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by Spina Bifida. If you are unaware of what Spina Bifida is, it is a lifelong neurological condition. It is also the most complex birth defect that is compatible with life. We work tirelessly throughout the year to provide resources, advocacy, and a supportive community to those who face the challenges associated with this condition. One of the ways we bring joy and a sense of togetherness to our community is through our annual holiday party.
Our holiday party is a cherished tradition for our members. It's a time when our community comes together to celebrate the holiday season, strengthen bonds, and share the joys of life. We aim to make this event memorable for all attendees, and to do so, we rely on the generous support of local businesses like yours.
This year, we kindly request your assistance in making our holiday party a great success by donating food for the event. Your contribution can help provide delicious meals and refreshments for our attendees and their families, allowing them to enjoy a festive, worry-free evening. Your generosity will be acknowledged during the event, and we will promote your business in our event materials, recognizing your support to our members and the broader community.
If you are able and willing to contribute, please know that we expect around 250 people in attendance. The event is taking place on Saturday, December 2 at Conyers Learning Academy in Rolling Meadows. Additionally, if you have any specific requirements or preferences, please feel free to share them with us.
In exchange for your generous donation we would like to offer you a free platinum sponsorship that includes the following:
o Feature in all upcoming print communications and event signage.
o Inclusion in a special statewide mailing to the ISBA community. This presents a unique opportunity for you to reach out directly to our audience, complemented by an ISBA introduction letter.
o Invitations for your company representatives to attend all the Holiday Party.
o Recognition in all pre-and-post event online promotions and on ISBA social media channels.
o Direct interaction opportunities with display tables at the events.

Your support can make a significant difference in the lives of those who rely on the Illinois Spina Bifida Association for guidance and assistance. We genuinely appreciate your consideration of our request and your commitment to making our holiday party a memorable occasion.
If you have any questions or need further information, please do not hesitate to contact me at 630-709-3958 or [email protected]. We look forward to the possibility of working together to spread joy and warmth this holiday season.
Thank you for your time and your continued support of the Illinois Spina Bifida Association.

Warm regards,
Becky Ziegler Rupnick
ISBA Board Chair

I don't have a confirmed date yet. My date could be flexible depending on your availability. I would love any information about minimums and how this all would work. I also left a message, but email is probably the best way to reach me. This is for a HS graduation party. In June, my possible dates are June 16th, 17th, 23rd, 24th or 25th. Possibly mid to late July is an option too. Thanks!

I am with the Stevenson High School Boosters. We are possibly hosting a football playoff game on 11/1/24 (we will know on 10/26 for sure). We are looking to partner with a food truck that would be willing to donate a portion of the sales from the event back to our Booster program. We are also looking to partner for future events as well. Is this something that could be a possibility? Thank you in advance!

I am with New Directions Addiction Recovery Services in Crystal Lake/Woodstock. We are hosting Zero Fest fest to get our name out into the community and are in need of food vendors. We will have Live bands, and Seller Vendors. We have a very tight budget with this fest and are looking into local businesses to potentially work the event where people pay for their own food and we are only asking a suggested donation of 5-10% of the days profits.

I am seeking information about your food truck availability and terms of service. On Saturday, October 15, the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC) will be holding its 25th anniversary fundraising walk and we are investigating food options for the event. We are expecting approximately 1,000 people to attend this event and are looking for vendors that can serve breakfast items starting at 8 am when registration opens and/or lunch items from 10:00-12:00.

Are you available on October 15, 2020? If so, what time frame would you be able to commit to?
Are you able to support our cause by either donating a portion of the proceeds, offering free items (or coupons) for 100 cancer survivors, and/or 40 VIPs (those who raise over $1,000).
Are you licensed to operate in DuPage County? The Event will be held at Cantigny Park 1S 151 Winfield Rd., Wheaton, IL.

Thank you for your feedback. Please contact me with any questions by either email or phone. Please visit Together in TEAL for more information about this amazing organization that does so much to support women and their families dealing with this terrible disease.

Sincerely,
Barb Schlatter

I am reaching out to see if your company is interested in collaboration to see if your organization is interested to be a sponsor for Deaf Women United Conference which is happening this coming summer in Chicago. We would love to see your organization to be part of this. When you have time, can you please review the sponsor letter and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind Regards,

April Maman

Sponsor Letter:

Dear Potential Sponsor,

Deaf Women of Chicago is an affiliate group of Deaf Women United organization, http://www.dwu.org, and we are hosting a 4-day national conference from July 26-July 30, 2023 at Embassy Suites Hotel, 511 N. Columbus Drive in Chicago. Our organization's true mission is to support each other in the journey of life. Deaf Women of Chicago have been supporting Deaf women of the Midwest since 2017.
We are expecting about 125 women from all walks of life who recognize, value, and embrace their additional identities at the conference. The conference will allow these women to empower oneself and others through advocacy, education and outreach. Deaf communities are spread out, making it even more crucial to develop opportunities for networking and collaboration where information can be exchanged. Ultimately, these opportunities will enhance the quality of all deaf women’s lives.
As an Accessibility Chair and a committee member for Deaf Women of Chicago in Chicago, IL, I am reaching out to you to help us make an impact on our Deaf community this year.
To make a difference, we rely on the support of generous individuals and businesses in our community. We would be most grateful if you would consider providing donation to our organization. Your support is critical to the conference to ensure that DeafBlind and low vision individuals have equal access to the information during the conference by providing Certified Deaf Interpreters (CDI) or Deaf Interpreters (DI). Sponsorship and donations would help us budget for many expenses for the conference, including accommodations, assistive technologies (AT) and audio/visual aids, sign language interpreters, access to the venue, and the event’s presentations, food, hotel and materials including supplies for the Art Extravaganza!
We need your help! You can assist in one or more of the following ways:
1. Donate money to help Deaf Women of Chicago pay for the interpreting services.
2. Become a sponsor for our conference where we will use your logo in our program book to recognize your business.
3. Send CDI or DI from your interpreter list.
4. Any contribution and support through a donation is welcome and very much appreciated.
To show our gratitude, we would be happy to name your business or your ad on a sponsor sign and recognize your business at the event. All donations are tax-deductible.
You can visit our website http://deafwomenchicago.com/welcome/dwu-conference/ to donate or learn more about all of our sponsorship packages or send a check to our P.O. Box listed on our website. Please fill out the attached form with your business information and sponsorship amount.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We appreciate your support.
April Maman
