We are reaching out to you today with a special request on behalf of the Illinois Spina Bifida Association.
The Illinois Spina Bifida Association is dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by Spina Bifida. If you are unaware of what Spina Bifida is, it is a lifelong neurological condition. It is also the most complex birth defect that is compatible with life. We work tirelessly throughout the year to provide resources, advocacy, and a supportive community to those who face the challenges associated with this condition. One of the ways we bring joy and a sense of togetherness to our community is through our annual holiday party.
Our holiday party is a cherished tradition for our members. It's a time when our community comes together to celebrate the holiday season, strengthen bonds, and share the joys of life. We aim to make this event memorable for all attendees, and to do so, we rely on the generous support of local businesses like yours.
This year, we kindly request your assistance in making our holiday party a great success by donating food for the event. Your contribution can help provide delicious meals and refreshments for our attendees and their families, allowing them to enjoy a festive, worry-free evening. Your generosity will be acknowledged during the event, and we will promote your business in our event materials, recognizing your support to our members and the broader community.
If you are able and willing to contribute, please know that we expect around 250 people in attendance. The event is taking place on Saturday, December 2 at Conyers Learning Academy in Rolling Meadows. Additionally, if you have any specific requirements or preferences, please feel free to share them with us.

I hope that you are doing well. I help manage a corporate office building in Lombard. We are looking to have a food truck onsite as a lunch option in August for the tenants. The tenants would be paying for themselves. Is this something that could be done? Thank you!

I am working for Cannonball Productions, and we are in need of a food truck for our festival called Seltzerland in Chicago on June 10th starting at 11:30am. There will be about 1200 attendees in total. If you have any availability/pricing quotes please shoot me an email. Thank you for your time!

I am with the Stevenson High School Boosters. We are possibly hosting a football playoff game on 11/1/24 (we will know on 10/26 for sure). We are looking to partner with a food truck that would be willing to donate a portion of the sales from the event back to our Booster program. I am the admin at a commercial office building at 1431 Opus Place, and we were interested in having a tenant food truck event.

Deaf Women of Chicago is an affiliate group of Deaf Women United organization, http://www.dwu.org, and we are hosting a 4-day national conference from July 26-July 30, 2023 at Embassy Suites Hotel, 511 N. Columbus Drive in Chicago. Our organization's true mission is to support each other in the journey of life. Deaf Women of Chicago have been supporting Deaf women of the Midwest since 2017.
We are expecting about 125 women from all walks of life who recognize, value, and embrace their additional identities at the conference. The conference will allow these women to empower oneself and others through advocacy, education and outreach. Deaf communities are spread out, making it even more crucial to develop opportunities for networking and collaboration where information can be exchanged. Ultimately, these opportunities will enhance the quality of all deaf women’s lives.
As an Accessibility Chair and a committee member for Deaf Women of Chicago in Chicago, IL, I am reaching out to you to help us make an impact on our Deaf community this year.
To make a difference, we rely on the support of generous individuals and businesses in our community. We would be most grateful if you would consider providing donation to our organization. Your support is critical to the conference to ensure that DeafBlind and low vision individuals have equal access to the information during the conference by providing Certified Deaf Interpreters (CDI) or Deaf Interpreters (DI).
