I am booking food trucks for 2023 and we have our dance recital June 3rd and 4th and we would love to have you there. Saturday would be to serve for 5:30 pm and Sunday would be to serve for 12:30 pm. | Individual People Pay Themselves | I am with New Directions Addiction Recovery Services in Crystal Lake/Woodstock. We are hosting Zero Fest fest to get our name out into the community and are in need of food vendors. We will have Live bands, and Seller Vendors. We have a very tight budget with this fest and are looking into local businesses to potentially work the event where people pay for their own food and we are only asking a suggested donation of 5-10% of the days profits.

We are looking to partner with a food truck that would be willing to donate a portion of the sales from the event back to our Booster program. | Individual People Pay Themselves | I am wondering if you do fundraisers? Children's Theatre of Elgin will be putting on the Diary of a Wimpy Kid in April. I don't think we can guarantee the $1200. Normally we have dine out nights for our families and receive 20% back of the sales. Does your company offer something like that?

6/6 --Thursday -- Need a dinner set-up (5-8pm)
6/7 -- Friday -- Dinner (5-8pm). ((Possibly lunch if we have games))
6/8 -- Saturday -- Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner
6/9 -- Sunday -- Breakfast & Lunch
If you don't do any of the above listed, please let me know what you can do. We currently have over 32 teams in the tournament so there will be a lot of people in and out of the location each day.

I had a GF great dane, fries and a soda and my card was charged $30.99. That seems a ridiculously high price for a toasted sandwich, so I am hoping an error was made. Please get back to me.

| Individual People Pay Themselves | I can send over an agreement. We typically do a split of 15/85 for food trucks or 35/65 for a booth space. It’s a ticketed event, nightly ticket counts, I’ll share totals in the am. Checks will be mailed at least 10 days post event.

Our market starts this Sunday and goes through October 26. There are two dates that we do not have a market due to Lakeside festival and that is June 29 and July 3. Besides those two dates there is a market every Sunday.
Can you please call me or text today to confirm whether you plan to participate or not?
We will have you on our umbrella permit with the county health department, but you still will have to have your truck inspected at the Chris Lake fire department so you’ll need a city permit.
They are very helpful at the city and quick about getting trucks through the application process.
