| Individual People Pay Themselves | Hello, I am from the Foundation for the Indian Trails Public Library/. I am trying to put together a food truck event to coincide with our fall Used Book Sale which will be held at the library on Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 8am - 2pm. Our library usually sees about 1000 patrons on any weekend day and our book sale may see around 200+ patrons.
Please let me know how I can make this work for both of us.

Wondering if this is something you guys do since it’s a little different then a catering event. Whatever you guys make you keep. We don’t charge a fee to have your truck here. We’d love to have you if you’re interested! Also I just added 200 as a quantity because it’s hard to tell how many people that visit every weekend are buying food or not. Columbus Day weekend we have a few thousand people visiting each year

This event is open to officers as well as the public and we have never advertised one before so we don't know what to expect food wise. Thank you for talking to me on the phone here is the information.
We are looking at hosting a back to school event on Thursday September 8th from 5 to 7:30 in Roselle. The event would have most likely have 4 food trucks with only one being a taco truck. The attendees will be paying for their own food. The agreement we have with the other trucks is they would give the PTO 10% percent of their sales as a fundraiser. We don’t know how many people are going to attend this event. However it is hosted at our local primary school that has children between the grades of kindergarten to 5th grade. The middle school and families will also be invited to participate as well as the rest of the community if they choose. I put 100 so would let me submit the request

| Individual People Pay Themselves | Looking for a food truck for staff and Exhibitors at the Senior Lifestyle Expo. We wouldd like to pay for staff and volunteers to eat (maybe a food ticket to use?) roughly 30 to 35 people....We would like exhibitors to have to pay for their lunches. We are thinking somewhere between 50 and 65 based on yesr past.
I would like to know if you are available and what your cost and fees are?
