What is the pricing for an event for 600-650 people for 2-3 hours?
Do you provide a cart or food truck to serve the food with servers from your restaurant?
What is the menu?
What is the set-up footprint?

I run a private whiskey group in Chicagoland.
We are launching a private bourbon pick at Malloy's liquor in Glen Ellyn on Saturday, Dec. 9 at 2p. Each bottle purchase includes a donation of $5 towards St. Jude children's hospital.
We are looking for a food truck to be onsite to help feed hungry customers.

Huntley Little League is hosting a Community Home Run Derby - Sept 14th at Tomaso Park. I am looking for food trucks that might be interested in attending our event. Last year, we had about 500+ participants. I was wondering if this is something you would be interested in? Do you also do any fundraising events where at percent of the sales would go back to the host organization?

| Event Host Pays For Full Event | Hi We are trying to do a staff appreciation day at our Middle school. We would Basically need the sandwiches your offer just the regular fries and drinks. We were also wondering if by chance you had a Gluten free option. We could send out an order sheet to our staff prior to the event so you would have an idea of what everyone would be wanting. The staff has different lunch times they are 10:43 AM -11:13 AM, 11:36 AM - 12:06 AM, and last 12:29 PM - 12:59 PM. We would pay all at once with a card at the end of the event. The school would be paying for all of the teachers / Staff meals. If this is something you are willing and could do we would love it. If you have any more questions and are willing to host this event please let me know.

As discussed, we'd love to have you in our community on 7/22 for our members and surrounding neighborhoods to enjoy after the Crystal Lake Cardboard Cup regatta.
We actively promote the food trucks to our community via e blasts, online calendars and yard signs and the food trucks are a huge success each year. This will be the 4th year we have offered this and each year our crowds get bigger and bigger.

My company is producing an event for New Kids on the Block called BlockCon - https://blockcon2023.com/
This is a fan event where we will have 3,000 attendees in Rosemont, IL. I would like to discuss having your food truck be part of our event on Saturday May 27th - attendees' lunch break is 1PM - 2:30PM. We are looking to have 8-10 food trucks for this time so of course you don't have to fulfill all 3,000 attendees.
