| Event Host Pays For Full Event | My name is Brandon Moran and I work for Audacy, Inc. in Chicago - a radio & broadcasting company. We have our upcoming Earth Day service project coming up on April 16 at Montrose Beach. We are looking to have food served around 12pm.
We were wondering if Toasty Cheese would be interested in doing a trade with our company. Toasty Cheese would provide 50-60 lunches (still waiting on a confirmed number) from your food truck at our location in exchange for media exposure from our company - the media exposure you will receive will be worth the value we consume at the event.
So for example, if 50-60 lunches from Toasty Cheese was worth $1,000, we would then give you $1,000 dollars worth of media which can consist of on-air mentions on any of our stations (B96, US*99, 670 The Score, 93XRT, 104.3 JAMS, WBBM Newsradio), a live food review with our talent, or even web page shoutouts. The mentions can definitely go a long way.
Please let me know if this is something Toasty Cheese would be interested in doing. I am open to hopping on a call as well!

Our employees would eat from 6am through 3am the following day where approximately 300 employee would be served a warm meal of their choice. Typically we issue a ticket to employees and they cash it in for their meal at their designated lunch break time. They would eat once and would be served from your truck at their lunch time. Is this a service you provide and what would be the cost? i would need non-pork products served and we can pick 2-3 type of sandwiches to lower the window of options. We have a total of 440 employees spread across three shifts: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM- 175 employees, 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM- 175 employees, 10:30 PM - 11:30 PM- 90 employees.
