| Individual People Pay Themselves | Hi there, I’m with the City of Des Plaines and am planning our annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, Dec. 2 and our first ever Winter Fair in the Square on Saturday, Dec. 3. I’m interested in having food trucks at these events, and your menu looks awesome. If you are interested in participating and available for either or both of the events, we’d love to get the discussion started. Friday, Dec. 2 is in the evening from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 3 is from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Metropolitan Square in downtown Des Plaines. On Friday night, we expect around 1,000 people and on Saturday we are expecting about 600 over the course of the day. With it being the first Winter Fair in the Square, it is difficult to estimate a number or how popular it would be, but we are hoping more will be in attendance! The event will have trolley tours, an indoor artisan market, live entertainment in the square, and food trucks will be parked around our plaza area. Food trucks do need to provide their own power for this event and you will collect all sales directly. Sept. 7th, Schaumburg Honda & Schaumburg Kia entire staffs will be moving ALL cars from the old Schaumburg Honda to it’s brand new location at 1100 E. Golf Road. (Which is next door to the Schaumburg Kia) Likewise, ALL cars from Schaumburg Kia will be moved to 750 E. Golf Road as they will take over the old Schaumburg Honda spot. The 2 dealerships will be opening at their new locations Mon, September 9th. Would you have (2) Food Trucks available on Sat 9/7 from 7PM to 9PM? We’d like (1) Toasty Cheese Truck and one of your other Food Trucks. The thought is to either have (2) Trucks at 1100 Golf Road where the massive new Honda and old Kia dealerships are located. We're Rohrman's Agency and another of our clients - Schaumburg Lincoln is having a Special Event Thursday, Oct. 19th. They're inviting people to come Test Drive the New 2024 Lincoln Nautilus that will be on-site from 1pm-7pm. They'd like to have a Food truck on-site from 3-6pm. Are you available and what is your cost?. Lincoln would pay for the event and as with any Event of this nature, we're not sure what exact turnout will be....Thanks Mario |

We do think your truck would be a hit with the families especially the kids. Since this is our first time having this event, we can’t give you a specific number of attendees. Our school does have over 400 students and our event will be taking place after our Sunday Mass. Either way, let me know what you think.
