| Individual People Pay Themselves | We are looking for a BBQ vendor to set up shop and make some money at our 2nd Willow Springs Blues Fest. July 29th is the date, music starts at 1:00 pm and goes till 10 pm. Last year we had about 3,000 music fans, this year we expect even more. This is a FREE music festival open to all ages. The web page is https://windycityblues.org/willow-springs-blues-fest. WE will only allow 4 or 5 food vendors, and nobody will be serving the same foods. | Individual People Pay Themselves | Future Fest is a Career Expo for the community of Algonquin hosted by Mathnasium of Algonquin and will be held in the parking lot. We will have booths for many professions, fun games, and even a college prep course. We have the whole police department and fire department on board with us as well... We are hoping to show the kids a real life food truck in action along with making sure the families can buy food during the event! |

I’m a Student Life Coordinator at Elgin Community College and we’re in the process of planning our fall events. We would love to invite you back on campus again this year on Wednesday, August 30th from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. We’ve had a great success having Toasty Cheese join us for this event in the past so we're excited to extend the invitation again. This event is always a great way for us to support our local food trucks in our community at no cost to you at all. There is no charge for you to be on our campus and you keep all the proceeds from your sales that day. The only thing we ask from you is to provide ONE item on your menu for a specific STUDENT SPECIAL priced $5-$8 (the rest can be your regular priced menu). We will be doing all of the publicity and we will be promoting this event through emails to all employees and students (including featured emails highlighting your food truck and your menu deal), social media campaign (both Student Life and Elgin Community College pages), press release, and posters around campus and our community. We have a very tight budget with this fest and are looking into local businesses to potentially work the event where people pay for their own food and we are only asking a suggested donation of 5-10% of the days profits. |

We're looking for a food truck for our seventh annual Naperville Pumpkin Race on October 28, 2023 from 12 to 4pm. Our event is located at Rotary Hill Park in downtown Naperville. I'm wondering if that date is available? If so, what would you require to attend our event? I saw on your website that you only offer a three-hour set menu service (4 sandwiches, fries, desserts, drinks) on Saturdays, and that you require a $2,000 minimum. I wanted to confirm this information and cost and ask about additional fees. I also saw that there's a $1,000 security deposit required to book that I assume we would get back. |
