Soft Grand opening for new business location - employees and vendors to come for our event - may consider more than 1 food truck or desert truck but prefer Toasty Cheese if there are limits on # of trucks from you.

Softball tournament in AH this weekend. We start Friday evening but are looking for Saturday and Sunday. Games start at 9 am and run through 3:30 pm, and may be affected by weather. We have 24 teams in total participating so figure 25 people per team at 12 players, 12 parents and a coach, for easy math. We are utilizing Rand, Methodist Centennial and McDonald field complexes at the same time.

Some will buy some won’t. I know my kids will want a food truck vs what I pack in a cooler for the day.

Only sorta competition is Kona Ice. They don’t serve food just frozen beverages and they usually rotate between the fields then park at Methodist.

Sort of flexible on time as the event is from 12-4pm! We will have about well over 200 people at this event and folks will certainly be hungry.

St. Edward Catholic School will be hosting its first ever food truck festival and we would love if Toasty Cheese would be able to join us. The event will be held on September 9th from 5-9 pm in the school parking lot. Since this is a fundraiser, we are asking that the trucks donate back 20% (or whatever you can do) of the proceeds back to the school. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are able to take part in this fantastic event!

About St. Edward School:
St. Edward School was founded in 1910 as a neighborhood school and since our founding we have grown into a school whose enrollment represents 20 zip codes throughout the city. We are building on 112 years of academic excellence and a firm foundation in Catholic Faith. The school and parish have a great sense of community and a lot of alumni choose to send their kids to St. Edward showcasing that strong community and family feel.

Our Location:
We are located on the Northwest side of Chicago.

4343 West Sunnyside Ave.
Chicago, IL 60630

Thank You for your consideration and we look forward to hearing from you.

STUFF A TRUCK FOR KIDS
We are inviting ALL of Algonquin (+ beyond of course) to join us in filling a truck with new or gently used Stuffed Animals to be donated to Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. This coming March 18, we are asking donors to come to our real estate office parking lot to make their donation then enjoy activities from our participating sponsors. We are asking businesses like yourselves to come our event and provide samples, coupons, and/or an activity to encourage as much community participation as possible.

In exchange for your participation and helping to promote the event, Toasty Cheese's logo will be featured on ALL event information including a postcard going out to almost 12,000 residences in Algonquin, highlighted on all social media posts on mine and my business partners social channels, (if picked up) in our local newspapers, and any other promotional materials that are distributed.

Our goal for this event (aside from generating business for ourselves and our sponsors) is to have to beg our truck sponsor for ANOTHER truck because we filled the one they provided for us.

We are hoping to have sponsors lined up before the end of the year so we can promote it at our January Client party.

Please let me know your thoughts on participating, we would LOVE to have you!

Many thanks,
Lindsey Goins Garry + Karen Goins
