I volunteer with a local non-profit dog rescue and we are partnering with various doggie related businesses to host a halloween event at Doggy Gym and Swim (5100 Newport Dr. Unit 7, Rolling Meadows, IL) on October 27th from 12-3 PM. I was wondering if you would be available on that date. We are looking to keep costs low and this would be my first time booking a food truck, so I apologize in advance for any dumb questions. I noticed people have to pay to book you, but we aren't sure if you'd be willing to come out and take all the proceeds from any customers during this event.

We are having a Lunch & Learn event for our staff from 1-2pm, and our Vendor Representative will be paying for the Food Truck via credit card. It will be a primarily invite-only selection of popular food vendors in the tri-state area, mixed with live music, a BBQ and Beer Garden, and a Kid Chef area. This is the 1st year for this event, but the area is pumped up and ready for this--we are in Starved Rock Country, so we have lots of tourism on weekends. I am on the board for the Homestead Elementary School PTA and as a teacher appreciation holiday lunch, we wanted to try having toasty cheese come with the food truck and provide lunch for our teachers and staff. We thought a food truck would be perfect because all grades have different lunch times and this way, everyone can have a hot, fresh lunch of their choosing. Our first lunch begins at 11:15 AM and our last lunch ends at 1:40 PM. Slightly over 2 hours, but likely most everyone would have been served in the 2 hour slot.
