| Individual People Pay Themselves | Hi! I help run a commercial office building in Rosemont on Higgins. Starting August 6, we will not have any food service while our café undergoes a renovation. We are looking to book some food trucks for our tenants for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday lunch. We are flexible on time but thinking 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Village of Rosemont requires a license and a fire inspection. Please let us know if you are available for a few dates in August and any other particulars that we would need to know if we are going to book with you. Please also note, we will need a current COI. | Event Host Pays For Full Event | Hi, we are looking for vendors who can provide fresh food for our employees for almost 24 hours. Our employees would eat from 6am through 3am the following day where approximately 300 employee would be served a warm meal of their choice. Typically we issue a ticket to employees and they cash it in for their meal at their designated lunch break time. They would eat once and would be served from your truck at their lunch time. Is this a service you provide and what would be the cost? i would need non-pork products served and we can pick 2-3 type of sandwiches to lower the window of options. | Individual People Pay Themselves | Hi, we are hosting a large soccer tournament in Palatine (300 soccer teams from all over plus families (weekend will bring 2000-3000 people). We have been given the go ahead to use a food truck at the event and now are looking for a vendor. We are hosting the tournament over labor weekend. Friday 5-7/8pm, Saturday 12 noon until 7/8pm and Sunday until 7/8pm. THe soccer tournament is called Palatine Celtic. It is at Ron Gbur Sports complex N smith Street.
