This is our 25th annual event which will feature families with children grades k-9th in the surrounding area. We also have a lineup of local business that will be coming out to make it a fun filled day (outdoor basketball, music, bounce house, face painting, fun raffles, bingo and more). | Individual People Pay Themselves | We are hosting a car show at our dealership, Rod Baker Ford, located near Rt 59 & 135th on Saturday 10/5/24 and would like to have the A.J. Kaps food truck out, and possibly the Toasty Taco truck as well, if both are available. We had the A.J. Kaps food truck last year at our car show.
Rod Baker Ford will be paying for all Rod Baker Ford employees which will roughly be 130 people, but everyone in attendance from the public will be paying out of pocket. Do you have a minimum amount required? We are happy to meet that if it's above what we'll be paying for our employees. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

| Individual People Pay Themselves | We are hosting a charity event for Glen Ellyn Children's Resource Center on Saturday, September 9th, in our cul de sac in Glen Ellyn. Last year, we hosted the same event and used Mario's Cart (taco truck). We ended up having around 150 people and they grossed around $2000 at the event. Unfortunately, they are not available this year so we are looking for other food trucks that may be available. Attendees will pay via credit card but we will guarantee the minimum spend and pay a deposit if necessary.
Can you share your typical menu for events like this, your availability and your minimum spend requirement?

| Individual People Pay Themselves | We are hosting a Fall Fest on our campus on Wednesday, October 5th from 10 am-2:30 pm. At this event, we plan on having pumpkin decorating/carving, desserts, a photo booth, games, and activities. Toasty Cheese would be the only food truck serving food for our event on our campus, which could see close to 100 plus or more students, faculty, and staff. Looking to see f you are available and interested in being part of our fall fest on October 5th.
