We're interested in the Toasty Cheese food truck package that features one sandwich, one side, and one dessert.
For our event, we have 180 on-site employees. Employees will have two food trucks to choose from – and your truck will be one of them. I estimate approximately 90-100 people will want to order from your truck.
Lunch will be in three shifts beginning at 11:30, 12:00, and 12:30.
To help with your numbers and preparation, I will submit the orders to you one week ahead fo time on Wednesday, Sept 20th, giving you the exact count of orders with employee names and which shift they are in. An HR rep will be near the truck to help pass out food and call out names for the ready orders.
I would also like to offer dessert to employees regardless of their main-course truck choice. So, could there be a world where employees can order the dessert, only?
Further, can you please advise which menu item could be modified to suit a vegetarian?

Do you need special permission from the town to park at the front door? (Back alley may be available.) I have the bar reserved and only our group will be there, but how do you keep people from coming up to the truck who are not on the guest list?

| Event Host Pays For Full Event | Andrew, Thank you for taking my call today and expressing an interest in meeting the culinary students at McHenry County College in Crystal Lake, IL . As I mentioned, my name is Joyce Lande and I am a Culinary Instructor at McHenry County College located in Crystal Lake, IL. I am teaching a unit on Food Trucks and Pop-up Food operations this semester. In addition to instructor-led lectures, the students will make food that correlates with the unit during lab classes. The semester ends in May and the student's final exam is to develop a Food Truck theme, menu, prepare and showcase their labors at the "street fair".
I'm inviting you, and other food trucker operators, to visit the campus and spend ~60 minutes sharing your story and answering questions for the students.
