If you’d like to attend, we provide each establishment with a table at no cost. And this would be for the promotion of your food or beverage. | Individual People Pay Themselves | This is for Arlington Heights Youth Athletic Association (AHYAA) House softball program. Looking for 1-2 food trucks to come out for the "Season Kickoff Event" from 9am-1pm. All softball teams will be scheduled for team pictures during this event so we expect about 350 people throughout that time frame. AHYAA is a 501c3 not for profit organization so looking to do this a a small fundraiser where we split the profits from the sales of the day. If you are interested lets talk further please. | Individual People Pay Themselves | This is for our Craft/customer appreciation week! You would come set up outside for about 3 hrs (3-6) and customers would come to you after their purchase. You can bring some fun items for customers and staff to try. There should be some people around that time as well because we have a bogo running from 3-6 and there is usually a good amount of traffic. Let us know! Thanks 🙂
