We partner with local businesses to share your business with our school & family community while fundraising. The PTO uses the funds raised to provide supplies and support to our school. We wanted to reach out and ask if the Toasty Cheese Food Truck would be interested in a joint effort Dine & Share. You would come to our school on Friday 8/4/23 from 11am-1:30pm where our school will host a Back to School Community Event. We would advertise that your Toasty Cheese Food Truck will be there and share you with our community, you would provide food and drinks to sell, and share a % of sales with the John Jay Elementary School PTO. Please let me know what you think by Friday March 31, 2023. We look forward to partnering with you! |

| Event Host Pays For Full Event | Hello There, We used you for our last event I believe it was 2019 before Covid and we are looking to do the same event again and was hoping to get a quote from you. We are planning a CDW warehouse appreciation event in Vernon Hills and are looking to have 3 food trucks with 1 of them being a dessert truck. We would be serving about 600 people over the time period of 10:30 – 3pm – those 600 people would not be coming all at once it will be in different shifts. It has a capacity of 6,000 people and is located along the Fox River in Aurora. This summer, we have 14 shows scheduled! On behalf of RiverEdge Park, we would like to invite you as a food vendor for the 2023 season! Here is the RiverEdge Park calendar of shows that have been announced and the application Below is the complete list of shows this season at RiverEdge. We are still waiting to announce 3 of the shows, but the dates are below: 1. Friday June 16 (Blue’s on the Fox) If you are interested in becoming a potential vendor, please complete the application. Once submitted and approved, you will be sent a contract with the articles of agreement to be signed. The vendor fee is $100 per show or $1,000 for full season – 14 shows. Last season we had about 25 vendors, two food trucks each week and our local Lion's club hosted a beer garden - we can't wait to do it all over again this summer! We're wondering if your team is available on Friday, June 21. We do have a $25/day fee and require a certificate of liability insurance and application that we can send over. We hope to see you! |
