We are hosting a family reunion at our house and would like to hire a food truck. We have never done this before. Some questions that I have: 2. What is the overall cost to just come to the house or is that included in the price of the food. 2. If people pay for themselves, do you allow credit cards? 3. Do you have gluten free options? 4. Do you have kids meal prices vs adult prices? 4. How long do you stay for?
Look forward to hearing from you and then we can set up a phone call. I was not able to answer the guest count correctly as it would not take two amounts. We will have 78 adults and 17 kids.

We wanted to have a fun/different summer activity here at our office for the employees to participate in if they would like to. We are interested in having a food truck come at lunch time and our employees can order/pay for their own, but maybe the company would off set the cost somehow. This is a private event for a neighborhood pool party and Taylor Swift Sing Along. There are 1400 homes in this neighborhood. We are expecting 500-800 people. We will have other food trucks there, no other grilled cheese truck.

My daughter is part of the Naperville Diamonds Softball organization and they are hosting the 17th Annual Queen of Diamonds Tournament on June 21 - 23 at Frontier Park in Naperville, IL.
The tournament is a family friendly event that attracts over 500 players and spectators each day. There is a very quick turn around between games with little time to leave the sports complex. We are looking to have a few food trucks on sight during the tournament. There is no fee to participate, but as the Naperville Diamonds are a non-profit organization, we kindly encourage donations based on your sales success. The registration link is below. A colleague of mine told me about you and said your food was phenomenal. I wanted to reach out and see if you might be interested in coming to sell food to our patrons at our big Birthday Bash September 14th! Gorton is celebrating it's 50th Anniversary this year and we have been planning a huge, all-day event that leads up to a big concert.
