| Individual People Pay Themselves | This is a rough guess as to how many people we had at our event last year. This year we are investing in fencing so we have an entrance and can keep better count. We had a very successful Makers Market and would love to have some food offered this year! I can provide to you further documentation on our event if you would like to email us directly. The hours for our event are 10am - 3pm so you could decide what hours you wanted to be there. We also have space for around 40 vendors, we are in the process of going thru our applications now. | Individual People Pay Themselves | This is a year-end celebration for the Intercultural Montessori Language School. The event is organized by the PTA and hosted at the parking lot of the Chicago Children's Theater (CCT) next door. There will be musical performers from CCT. The event runs from 4:30 to 7 pm. The truck would not need to be at the event at the start, but we would like to make food available to families as we get closer to the dinner hour. I look forward to hearing from you! |

Cloverdale has a student enrollment of about 500 but realistically I think expected attendance would be 150-200. There will be tables for parents to sign up for different volunteer opportunities at the school and the PTA will be selling shaved ice. |
