| Individual People Pay Themselves | Hello! My name is Mila and I work for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital Foundation. I am interested in booking a food truck for an event on Sunday, June 12. The event is called Move For Kids, which raises money for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital. The event includes a 5k walk and a Kid’s Dash, followed by a post-party celebration shortly afterwards. At this celebration, we are looking for a number of food truck vendors for our guests and participants. We would need your services beginning at 12:00 and ending at 2:00. The location of the event is 1410 S Museum Campus Drive, Chicago, IL 60605 (Soldier Field). Since Lurie Children’s is a nonprofit, I can attach a W-9 form for tax-exempt purposes later. If you are available for this event, that would be great! The estimated number of total guests is around 2000-2500, but we are looking for multiple different food truck vendors, so in reality, the estimated number of people served would be around ~350-500. | Individual People Pay Themselves | This summer we are hosting food truck Fridays at our animal shelter to drive more people to come in and adopt. We would love to have you the second Friday of the month from June - September; June 10, July 8, August 12 and September 9. Our adoption hours start at 11 am which is perfect for people to come here over their lunch hour and meet some adoptable animals. We help about 2,000 homeless animals each year. We will advertise on our social media pages (we have almost 14,000 followers on FB) and market the event to help promote your business. This will be a win-win for everyone. | Individual People Pay Themselves | Hi! I was reaching out because we host a Annual Ice Cream Social here at the Library. It is hosted by the library and Village. We have games, rides, slide, ice cream, dj, popcorn, fire truck, etc. We have been hosting this event for 20+ years. The last time we hosted this event was 2019 and we had one food truck there. In years past, we usually have roughly 1,000-2,000 people. We are looking for a few trucks to come to the event. It is Thursday, August 4th from 5:30-8:30 p.m. We are not looking to take any money that you make. It is completely free to you to be here and you keep everything you make but we can not pay for you to come. We are a non-profit organization so we have very limited funds.
