Dance Recitals are at 10:30am, 1:30pm and 4:00pm. Looking to have food truck onsite to offer dancers and their families quick bites to eat between their dance recitals. Harper seats 440 people PER SHOW, plus our 120 dancers in each show. We have not done this before, looking for some info on how this might work! |

The event is organized by the PTA and hosted at the parking lot of the Chicago Children's Theater (CCT) next door. There will be musical performers from CCT. The event runs from 4:30 to 7 pm. The truck would not need to be at the event at the start, but we would like to make food available to families as we get closer to the dinner hour. I look forward to hearing from you! |
