Good morning! I am interested in having your food truck back onsite for an event Wednesday, June 19th from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. I will pay for the event (via company card). I went to book the truck for 3hrs but the cost went from the $1500 ($750 deposit) to $3000 with $1500 deposit. I just want to make sure I am doing it correctly!

My name is Amanda and I am the Administrative Coordinator here at Village Hall. It is hard to believe, but we are looking at planning our annual Celebrate the Season celebration! This year, it will take place on Saturday, December 3rd in downtown Lisle.

In this post-pandemic world, we are looking to bring back food and drink vendors for the celebration! I believe your company has participated before at our event – selling food downtown before / during / after the parade and tree lighting. We used to work with Brendan, but his e-mail was returned to us.

If you are interested in participating this year, I’d love to speak with you to set that up! I hope to speak soon.

Good morning, I work with BMW of Crystal Lake and we are hosting a Cars & Coffee day on May 24th 2025. I'm looking for a food truck and just happened to find you guys. I was curious about pricing and what you guys offer. I would love some more information. We would guarantee at least 50 meals and then our other guest could pay themselves.

On July 7th Central DuPage Hospital will be hosting an employee picnic at the hospital! We are hoping you would be interested in coming down to help feed our first responders/essential workers. The event is not sponsored by the hospital so staff would pay themselves. The event will be a fun one so we estimating a large group of people coming down to enjoy some fun and food. Would love to have you join us on this fun day!

I am reaching out because our organization will be hosting a Community Legal Fair on May 17th from 12-2 PM at Daley Plaza. We will have over 40 organizations present in addition to a band. We were curious if your food truck would like to set up at Daley Plaza that day at the time of the event. We anticipate plenty of engagement from the community, in addition to the committed 75-100 people attending the fair as either a legal organization or band member.

My name is Sydney, I’m the Event Coordinator for the Copernicus Foundation’s annual Taste of Polonia Festival located in Jefferson Park. Taste of Polonia is the largest and oldest Polish festival in the US, serving over 50,000 patrons from across the Chicagoland area every Labor Day Weekend since 1980. Our dates for Taste of Polonia 2024 are as follows: Friday, August 30th – Monday, September 2nd.
I’m reaching out today to inquire whether the Toasty Cheese Food Truck would be interested in joining us as a food vendor at this year’s fest? We don’t have any food vendors offering grilled cheeses or American sandwiches so we think you guys would be a great fit!

Hope you are well. Big fan. So, working with my parish (St. Vincent de Paul), Knights of Columbus, Vincentian Women, and O.U.R. Rescue, we have submitted for a permit to host a Food Truck Fest on Sunday, Aug. 21st from 11-2pm. I'm told by the Permit office that since our event is further out, they are addressing other permits, yet they assured me that ours will be approved . They then offered the approved list of Food Trucks with the 180 day approved Event certificate. The goal is to have 5-10 trucks of various genre's in the parking lot between Webster/Fullerton off of Sheffield, so in the heart of Lincoln Park. We'll be promoting and marketing to the 5 parishes nearby (St. Vincent, St. Michaels, St. Aloysius, DePaul Students, and the general public.) This is to bring awareness to O.U.R. Rescue (Human Trafficking/Aftercare organization) as well as offering delicious, food for our local residents and parishioners. Let me know if this would work for your business model and interest.
