Thank you for talking to me on the phone here is the information.
We are looking at hosting a back to school event on Thursday September 8th from 5 to 7:30 in Roselle. The event would have most likely have 4 food trucks with only one being a taco truck. The attendees will be paying for their own food. The agreement we have with the other trucks is they would give the PTO 10% percent of their sales as a fundraiser. We don’t know how many people are going to attend this event. However it is hosted at our local primary school that has children between the grades of kindergarten to 5th grade. The middle school and families will also be invited to participate as well as the rest of the community if they choose. I put 100 so would let me submit the request

| Individual People Pay Themselves | Looking for a food truck for staff and Exhibitors at the Senior Lifestyle Expo. We wouldd like to pay for staff and volunteers to eat (maybe a food ticket to use?) roughly 30 to 35 people....We would like exhibitors to have to pay for their lunches. We are thinking somewhere between 50 and 65 based on yesr past.

Featuring The Canine Stars, our Palooza marketplace with unique local exhibitors, an agility course, and more it is a true celebration of people and their pets! We are looking for a vendor who is able to cater this event for approximately 150 guests. In the past, we have had food trucks set up in our parking lot so it's important to have a generator. | Individual People Pay Themselves | The Chicagoland Buddy Walk is run by parents and families of individuals with Down syndrome. Once a year we have a 1-mile walk to support local individuals and groups involved with making a better life in the Down syndrome world. Not only do we have a beautiful walk, we also have many other family activities to enjoy throughout the day.

| Individual People Pay Themselves | I'm a member of the Riverside Juniors Women's Charity. We're hosting an event in Riverside similar to Chicago's Duck Derby. It will be a Swan Derby for Riverside's Swan Pond on August 28th from 11am-1pm. My guest count above is just a guess for now as we're still selling tickets.
Essentially attendees purchase a rubber swan which would be dropped into the Des Plaines River at the Hofmann Tower Bridge and "race" to where the Riverside Library is. We envision that the Toasty Cheese Mobile Eatery would be parked on Burling Road near the library. Prior to and during the swan derby, there will be entertainment for the attendees (games, DJ, bounce house, etc.).
We would propose that Toasty Cheese could make a donation to Riverside Juniors or participate in a percentage of sales set-up that some charitable events use. I am not 100% sure what the expectation is at this point (we're looking to keep it very reasonable) but if you're interested in participating I will get that information to you ASAP. Please let me know if you have any interest or if you have any questions.

| Individual People Pay Themselves | Hi! We're hosting a Fall Festival and Soccer Stadium Grand Opening on our school campus Saturday, 9/17. In addition to our school's concession stand, we're looking for a couple of food trucks + a couple of dessert trucks. Wondering if Toasty Cheese would be available. Also, is the Toasty Taco a different food truck? We're looking for tacos, too. Ideally: your chicken and pork tacos and your classic and Great Dane grilled cheeses as the menu (+ drinks available for sale).
