Hi, we are hosting our PTO annual Boo Bash and are interested in having a few food trucks for the event. The event is 10/21 at 5:00 p.m. at Fairview Elementary School parking lot, 300 N. Fairview, Mount Prospect, IL. Families would pay for their own food. We were wondering if there were any fundraising opportunities? We are expecting 300 people or possibly more since we are the only ones in the district that host this event. Hi, I work at The Ponds on Plum Grove, an apartment community in Roselle, IL. I'd like to learn more about scheduling a food truck to provide a dinner service for our residents. Individuals would pay for their own meals. The guest count provided is an estimate; we have approx. 330 residents and turnout may vary. We're flexible on date and time, though weeknight evenings are preferred. Can you tell me more about how to arrange an event, and what your requirements are?

This will be a school celebration for Halloween. We are having a trunk or treat community celebration and are hoping for some awesome food for our community!

I was looking to possibly reserve the food truck for Monday November 7. It is an inservice day and we thought that this would be nice for the staff. I was wondering what I would need to do to reserve the truck and how the menu/ordering works. I look forward to hearing from you.

The Village of New Lenox hosts Christmas in the Commons annually on Saturdays and Sundays in December leading up to Christmas. This festival includes an outstanding display of lights (including the largest lighted Santa Claus in the United States), a holiday market, visits with Santa, horse-drawn wagon rides, and much more. We always have 2-3 food trucks on site on each date of the event, and I'm looking for some new trucks who might be available/interested in joining us. We have the following dates available: December 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, and 18. The hours on each date run from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Trucks are welcome to select up to two dates. Please let me know if you are interested in participating!

My name is Amanda and I am the Administrative Coordinator here at Village Hall. It is hard to believe, but we are looking at planning our annual Celebrate the Season celebration! This year, it will take place on Saturday, December 3rd in downtown Lisle.

In this post-pandemic world, we are looking to bring back food and drink vendors for the celebration! I believe your company has participated before at our event – selling food downtown before / during / after the parade and tree lighting. We used to work with Brendan, but his e-mail was returned to us.
