| Individual People Pay Themselves | Hello! In October, we host our biggest event and fundraiser- Spooky Buddies! It is a trunk-or-treat-style event that gets the whole high school involved. It is open to the community and we always have a great turnout. This year will be our third annual event, so we are expecting a lot of people to come. We would love to have the Toasty Cheese food truck come for this year's Spooky Buddies on Tuesday, October 25th from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Huntley High School! You would be able to park alongside our trunk or treat cars and serve your food. You are welcome to keep all profits you make at the event, but Best Buddies Club will also accept any donations you are willing to make. All proceeds support the club directly and help us spread disability awareness and inclusion. I would love to see you at our event on Tuesday, October 25th at 5:00 pm! | Individual People Pay Themselves | Hello! My name is Mila and I work for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital Foundation. I am interested in booking a food truck for an event on Sunday, June 12. The event is called Move For Kids, which raises money for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital. The event includes a 5k walk and a Kid’s Dash, followed by a post-party celebration shortly afterwards. At this celebration, we are looking for a number of food truck vendors for our guests and participants. We would need your services beginning at 12:00 and ending at 2:00. The location of the event is 1410 S Museum Campus Drive, Chicago, IL 60605 (Soldier Field). Since Lurie Children’s is a nonprofit, I can attach a W-9 form for tax-exempt purposes later. If you are available for this event, that would be great! The estimated number of total guests is around 2000-2500, but we are looking for multiple different food truck vendors, so in reality, the estimated number of people served would be around ~350-500. | Individual People Pay Themselves | This summer we are hosting food truck Fridays at our animal shelter to drive more people to come in and adopt. We would love to have you the second Friday of the month from June - September; June 10, July 8, August 12 and September 9. Our adoption hours start at 11 am which is perfect for people to come here over their lunch hour and meet some adoptable animals. We help about 2,000 homeless animals each year. We will advertise on our social media pages (we have almost 14,000 followers on FB) and market the event to help promote your business. This will be a win-win for everyone.
