| Individual People Pay Themselves | Hi! I was reaching out because we host a Annual Ice Cream Social here at the Library. It is hosted by the library and Village. We have games, rides, slide, ice cream, dj, popcorn, fire truck, etc. We have been hosting this event for 20+ years. The last time we hosted this event was 2019 and we had one food truck there. In years past, we usually have roughly 1,000-2,000 people. We are looking for a few trucks to come to the event. It is Thursday, August 4th from 5:30-8:30 p.m. We are not looking to take any money that you make. It is completely free to you to be here and you keep everything you make but we can not pay for you to come. We are a non-profit organization so we have very limited funds. Please let me know if you are interested or not! I am still working out the details but wanted to reach out early before the summer events fill up!

| Individual People Pay Themselves | Elk Grove Park District hosting dance recitals June 11-12 at the Harper College Performing Arts Center in Palatine. Dance Recitals are at 10:30am, 1:30pm and 4:00pm. Looking to have food truck onsite to offer dancers and their families quick bites to eat between their dance recitals. Harper seats 440 people PER SHOW, plus our 120 dancers in each show. We have not done this before, looking for some info on how this might work!

We are looking to have a food truck or food vendor every other Monday at our Cidery/ Brewery on Monday nights. This allows us to have the kitchen closed but the patio open with beers and ciders flowin'.
Today we had the Happy Lobster out and they sold 50 sandwiches, in their preorders. The tap room will be open from 5-9pm.
Please let me know if you would be interested we are booking up for the summer and would like to start promoting that you will be joining us as soon as possible.
