| Individual People Pay Themselves | Hi! I help run a commercial office building in Rosemont on Higgins. Starting August 6, we will not have any food service while our café undergoes a renovation. We are looking to book some food trucks for our tenants for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday lunch. We are flexible on time but thinking 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Village of Rosemont requires a license and a fire inspection. Please let us know if you are available for a few dates in August and any other particulars that we would need to know if we are going to book with you. Please also note, we will need a current COI. We are hoping you are available both or either nights to be a food vendor. Each night attracts between 800-1,000 people.
