We have a total of 440 employees spread across three shifts: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM- 175 employees, 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM- 175 employees, 10:30 PM - 11:30 PM- 90 employees. We would need the food truck for one hour/shift. I was thinking of offering 3 sandwiches for them to choose from: Classic, Great Dane, South of the Border and possibly drinks. One sandwich per person. Looking for cost estimate. Thank you! |

| Individual People Pay Themselves | Elk Grove Park District hosting dance recitals June 11-12 at the Harper College Performing Arts Center in Palatine. Dance Recitals are at 10:30am, 1:30pm and 4:00pm. Looking to have food truck onsite to offer dancers and their families quick bites to eat between their dance recitals. Harper seats 440 people PER SHOW, plus our 120 dancers in each show. We have not done this before, looking for some info on how this might work! |
