We have been given the go ahead to use a food truck at the event and now are looking for a vendor. We are hosting the tournament over labor weekend. Friday 5-7/8pm, Saturday 12 noon until 7/8pm and Sunday until 7/8pm. THe soccer tournament is called Palatine Celtic. It is at Ron Gbur Sports complex N smith Street. | Individual People Pay Themselves | We are hosting a charity event for Glen Ellyn Children's Resource Center on Saturday, September 9th, in our cul de sac in Glen Ellyn. Last year, we hosted the same event and used Mario's Cart (taco truck). We ended up having around 150 people and they grossed around $2000 at the event. Unfortunately, they are not available this year so we are looking for other food trucks that may be available. Attendees will pay via credit card but we will guarantee the minimum spend and pay a deposit if necessary. Can you share your typical menu for events like this, your availability and your minimum spend requirement? |
