| Event Host Pays For Full Event | Andrew, Thank you for taking my call today and expressing an interest in meeting the culinary students at McHenry County College in Crystal Lake, IL . As I mentioned, my name is Joyce Lande and I am a Culinary Instructor at McHenry County College located in Crystal Lake, IL. I am teaching a unit on Food Trucks and Pop-up Food operations this semester. In addition to instructor-led lectures, the students will make food that correlates with the unit during lab classes. The semester ends in May and the student's final exam is to develop a Food Truck theme, menu, prepare and showcase their labors at the "street fair". I'm inviting you, and other food trucker operators, to visit the campus and spend ~60 minutes sharing your story and answering questions for the students.
