We expect 50-100 people. the party actually goes from 12-4:00, so if we had to do truck starting at 12:30 or 1:00, we could do that too if you were booked at noon. Does truck stay one hour or two?

Do you need special permission from the town to park at the front door? (Back alley may be available.) I have the bar reserved and only our group will be there, but how do you keep people from coming up to the truck who are not on the guest list?

| Event Host Pays For Full Event | Andrew, Thank you for taking my call today and expressing an interest in meeting the culinary students at McHenry County College in Crystal Lake, IL . As I mentioned, my name is Joyce Lande and I am a Culinary Instructor at McHenry County College located in Crystal Lake, IL. I am teaching a unit on Food Trucks and Pop-up Food operations this semester. In addition to instructor-led lectures, the students will make food that correlates with the unit during lab classes. The semester ends in May and the student's final exam is to develop a Food Truck theme, menu, prepare and showcase their labors at the "street fair".
I'm inviting you, and other food trucker operators, to visit the campus and spend ~60 minutes sharing your story and answering questions for the students. The culinary lab is located just off the cafeteria in Building B.
