Concert in the park for village of Algonquin at the newly update towne park. Concert runs from 7-8:30 but people typically arrive early so we'd like to have food starting to be served around 6:30pm.

Hello,

We are looking for a food truck to come out to The Open Bottle. We are a craft bottle shop and taproom in Tinley Park and on Saturday, Dec. 21st we have an exclusive beer tapping and pictures with the grinch. (Pictures are from 2-3pm) We expect to have a very large turnout and with it being the weekend before Christmas, we will be busy no matter what. We thought your food menu would be a great compliment to our event. Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Erin

We are looking for a food truck to come to the office. I see you also have BBQ which would be a big hit. Something more than just grilled cheese. Please call or email me with options if you are available on 11/19. Thank you.

Hi, This is a "Grand Reopening" event to show off a new renovation of the credit union office. The truck would be in the parking lot. Is there a toasty cheese truck available at this day and time? I'll have more questions once we're connected. Thank you! Laura Banick

Looking for a dinner before a service at a synagogue in Northfield, IL. I wasn’t sure if you did Friday nights from what I saw on the availability, so figured it was worth reaching out to see if anything could work and to check if it fit into our budget.
Thanks,
Matt Rissien

Hello,
I am still figuring out some details but we are looking to have our annual Christmas party on 12/14/24 starting at 6pm. We are getting 2-4 food trucks to come to our warehouse to park in our docks and set up shop for our employees/guests to enjoy. If you can send me your availability for that day and your menu/pricing options. Thank you.

Hello, We are interested in having a food truck come for an employee appreciation lunch for approximately 36 employees. We would like to establish a smaller menu so it would be easier for you and for us. Each person would be allowed to spend up to $22.00 each. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. 912-572-1911. Thank you.

Hello! I am on the board for the Homestead Elementary School PTA and as a teacher appreciation holiday lunch, we wanted to try having toasty cheese come with the food truck and provide lunch for our teachers and staff. We thought a food truck would be perfect because all grades have different lunch times and this way, everyone can have a hot, fresh lunch of their choosing. Our first lunch begins at 11:15 AM and our last lunch ends at 1:40 PM. Slightly over 2 hours, but likely most everyone would have been served in the 2 hour slot. Are you available on December 11 during this time?

I am with the Stevenson High School Boosters. We are possibly hosting a football playoff game on 11/1/24 (we will know on 10/26 for sure). We are looking to partner with a food truck that would be willing to donate a portion of the sales from the event back to our Booster program. We are also looking to partner for future events as well. Is this something that could be a possibility? Thank you in advance!

Hi Andrew, I spoke with you earlier this evening. My PA co-chair confirmed that we have 2 food trucks (bbq and tacos) already attending our event. We do think your truck would be a hit with the families especially the kids. Since this is our first time having this event, we can’t give you a specific number of attendees. Our school does have over 400 students and our event will be taking place after our Sunday Mass. Either way, let me know what you think. We would love to have you this year or we’ll keep you in mind for next year. Thanks for your time.

Good Morning,

I own a business at the corner of Route 12 & 22 (Half Day Road).

I was wondering if we could discuss the possible opportunity of your food truck operating from my location?

Thanks

Inquiring about the Village of Tinley Park's upcoming Tinley Park Holiday Market event to see if the Toasty Cheese food truck had an interest in an event presence. We are hoping to create an outdoor space between our Holiday Walk (animated light display) and Holiday Market Tent (heated vendor tent) this year with food trucks, a carousel, and possibly fire pits.

The event is to run Friday, December 6th from 5 to 10 p.m., Saturday, December 7th from 2 to 10 p.m. and Sunday, December 8th from 2 to 7 p.m. Typically, this event draws approximately 20,000 visitors over the 3 days and is a great holiday tradition.
