| Individual People Pay Themselves | This is for Arlington Heights Youth Athletic Association (AHYAA) House softball program. Looking for 1-2 food trucks to come out for the "Season Kickoff Event" from 9am-1pm. All softball teams will be scheduled for team pictures during this event so we expect about 350 people throughout that time frame. AHYAA is a 501c3 not for profit organization so looking to do this a a small fundraiser where we split the profits from the sales of the day. If you are interested lets talk further please. Normally we have dine out nights for our families and receive 20% back of the sales. Does your company offer something like that? |
| Individual People Pay Themselves | We are a garden center and retail nursery open to the public, and we are currently planning our Sow & Grow Weekend Event. The event will be held from April 26th to April 27th, with operating hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on April 26th and 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on April 27th. I had talked with you last week about booking your truck for our opening weekend(first weekend of April), but we'd rather have you guys out when we know for sure we will have lots of foot traffic.
