We are having two parties this July. We would definitely love to have AJ Kaps on 7/12 if you're available. We expect about 80-100 people.
We will also add Kaps or Cheese on 7/5 if you're available and we can work out budget. We expect about 60-80 people.

| Individual People Pay Themselves | Ascension Saint Alexius (1555 Barrington Road, Hoffman Estates, IL) ABIDE Committee is hosting the 1st 5k Walk/Run/skate/bike event on Oct 5 2025 (Sunday). We recently sent "Save-The-Date" flyers to staff and will have more details soon. The time will most likely be 10-11am. We are inviting 3 other Ascension hospitals to walk with us. We would like for you to be one of the vendors to be available for the walkers/attendees to purchase and enjoy after their walk. Are there any requirements needed?

Looking to have a Family Reunion and see if any dates /times that work. One question was if you can combine menus from trucks or what I can do, having trouble on deciding which one we want.

I’m reaching out from our apartment community in Vernon Hills to see if you’d be interested in bringing your food truck out for one of our resident events. We’d love to have you on-site to serve your menu and give our residents a great experience.
Residents would pay directly for their orders.

| Individual People Pay Themselves | Good morning! Our Park District puts on a Concert in the Park Series every Summer on Wednesday nights in August. We generally have a DJ set up from 6-7pm, and a featured band every week from 7-9pm. We would love to Have Toasty Cheese be a food vendor for an evening with us during our Concert Series. In the past we have not charged attendees or been charged to have vendors on site. As this would be opportunity for a vendor to be onsite to sell their food to a large crowd of people. We are open to any Wednesday Night in August, if looking to schedule. We would just be looking for vendors with a COI and Food Service/Handlers and Sanitization Licensee. If interested and available, would be happy to speak further on the event and provide more information! Thank you!
