We are Oakhill Elementary School hosting our end of the year school event. I understand there is a fee for the truck. I was wondering if this pertained to schools as well? Our event will be from 4-7pm. Thank you in advance.

My name is Brandon Moran and I work for Audacy, Inc. in Chicago - a radio & broadcasting company. We have our upcoming Earth Day service project coming up on April 16 at Montrose Beach. We are looking to have food served around 12pm.

We were wondering if Toasty Cheese would be interested in doing a trade with our company. Toasty Cheese would provide 50-60 lunches (still waiting on a confirmed number) from your food truck at our location in exchange for media exposure from our company - the media exposure you will receive will be worth the value we consume at the event.

So for example, if 50-60 lunches from Toasty Cheese was worth $1,000, we would then give you $1,000 dollars worth of media which can consist of on-air mentions on any of our stations (B96, US*99, 670 The Score, 93XRT, 104.3 JAMS, WBBM Newsradio), a live food review with our talent, or even web page shoutouts. The mentions can definitely go a long way.

Please let me know if this is something Toasty Cheese would be interested in doing. I am open to hopping on a call as well!

I look forward to hearing from you!

Hello,

I'm chairing Teacher Appreciation Week at Homestead Elementary, and I was threatened with bodily harm and firing if I didn't try and get the Toasty Cheese truck to come back for lunch for the staff that week. I know you catered lunch the the staff in December, so it would be very similar to that lunch. I will have a confirmation of the date hopefully today, but it should be Wednesday May 7 or Thursday the 8th.

Let me know what I need to do to set this up. I'm available by phone after 4:30. I work in an elementary school, and it's really hard to talk before that. I can also be reached by email.

Thanks!
Suzy Geddes

Hello,

I’m reaching out to see if you’d be interested in bringing your food truck to the Norton Basket Raffle in West Chicago! This is a fantastic community event with a great turnout, and we’d love to have you join us.

Here are the key details:

Date: Friday, May 2 from 6-8pm (setup would be between 5pm and 6pm)
Location: Norton Creek Elementary, 2033 Smith Rd, West Chicago
Families purchase food at their own cost—this is not a pre-paid vendor setup.
We ask for a 15%-20% giveback from sales as a donation to support the PTO.
This is a great promotional opportunity, as we prioritize working with vendors who support our school for future events.
Additionally, our school district (D303) requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for all vendors. Would you be able to provide one that meets their requirements? I’d be happy to share the specifics if needed.

Please let me know if you’re available and able to meet the insurance requirements... I’d love to get everything set up. Looking forward to the possibility of working together!

Best,
Karen Morici

Hi Andrew. This is a grad party. I'm not sure if we would do a reduced menu to 4 sandwiches or offer the entire menu. I would prefer to do beverages myself (and maybe desserts). Is it possible to do half sandwiches and cut them in half before grilling? They are so big and delicious! I'm going to the Naperville brewery tonight to sample, but want to book. It was good to talk with you. Gayle.

We are looking to host the Toasty Taco food truck at our office for a Taco Tuesday on 5/6/2025. We are looking for it to be the 3 hour truck rental from 11am - 2am. We would be covering costs for the staff and would provide them with stickers at their 'ticket' to show the workers that they are with AAGI. Any costs not met at the end, we would just have additional food made, no problem. Please let me know if we can set this up. Thanks!

Individual People Pay Themselves

Hello,
I organize the July 3 Festival in Mokena, IL. This huge event is located in of our largest parks and we are seeking food trucks. We estimate that we had 2000-3000 people in the park at the peak of the attendance last year and at least 1,000 situated in open spaces just outside of the park. The park is not enclosed, so people can come and go as they please, but most stay for festivities. The food trucks serve from 4:30pm to just before 10:30pm. There will be inflatables for the children, a family performer, bands and a large fireworks display during this time. The fee is $50 per space and you would keep all of your profits. You would also need to apply for a mobile food permit through the Village of Mokena at a cost of $36 and you would need a Will County health permit, which is easy to get. I am not duplicating menus, and I am looking for one (1) grilled cheese option. If you are interested, I would love to give you more details. Also, if you book this month, you will be listed in our park district brochure, which gets mailed to all Mokena residents and all of our residents in surrounding communities in early April. We are the Mokena Community Park District, so our residents go beyond Mokena. The brochure will go to about 11,000 homes. Feel free to call or email. Thank you!

Sincerely,
Greg Vitale
Executive Director
